## Quo Reviews
  ### 1. Raysam Housing Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rea S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone has completely transformed the way we manage communication in our real estate business. The interface is clean, intuitive, and packed with the features we actually need—separate numbers for team members, auto-replies, call routing, and seamless integrations with tools like Slack and HubSpot.

What really stands out is the reliability and responsiveness of their support team. Whenever we’ve had questions, they’ve been quick and helpful—something you don’t always get with SaaS platforms.

Whether you’re a startup or a growing team, OpenPhone offers the flexibility and professionalism that modern businesses need. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their communication with clients and leads.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The fact that there isn’t a complete sync between contacts in your phone and the open phone app. Also, it would be nice to have an option to record audio messages.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone is solving several key problems that we faced with traditional phone systems:
First, it’s eliminated the need for multiple physical phones or SIM cards. We can manage multiple business numbers from one app, which is a game-changer for a growing real estate team.

Second, the separation between personal and business communication has never been clearer. With OpenPhone, we maintain professionalism while keeping our personal lives protected.

Third, the ability to automate follow-ups, use templates, and integrate with our CRM has saved us hours each week. We can respond to leads quickly, track conversations, and ensure no opportunities slip through the cracks.

Overall, it’s helping us operate more efficiently, stay organized, and provide a better experience for clients and sellers.

  ### 2. Started great then I hit a bump.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

What I like the most about Quo is that it is like a personal receptionist. It’s easy to set up the features just the way you want them. Easy to have them flow and integrate with voicemail and even voicemail for the weekend. Really cool features!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I joined Quo just before it officially became Quo, and the transition update was a bit bumpy for me —I ended up losing my phone connection for several days. This was quite frustrating, but Sam from customer support responded promptly and resolved the issue for me.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my business calls separate from my personal calls.

  ### 3. Outstanding Customer Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick K. | Sr. Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Flexibility of being able to have multiple numbers assigned to different users. Enabling us to maximize our reach but keep things organized.

Great customer support when you need it. Anytime I reach out to them, they are quick to respond, thorough and effective in solving problems!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Approval process for registering with US Carriers was a little long and slightly painful.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an overseas VA that uses the system and it is excellent to allow that person to maintain easy connectivity through phone calls or SMS.

  ### 4. Finally!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

We looked for a phone provider for several years that truly allowed our team to collaborate with each other while having total visibility on all incoming calls. Having the ability for all of our team members to see each incoming call, respond to client texts while simultaneously being able to respond to each other within the same text thread is fantastic!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The transfer process is sometimes not my favorite.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting with clients and complete visibility for all team members is outstanding. Before we had to ask a team member if they received a call or took the call. We have total visibility now!

  ### 5. Superb Features AND Customer Service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taji C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The process of switching from my current carrier to OpenPhone has been amazing. I had been very hesitant to want to switch to a new provider, even though I was unhappy with the previous provider, because I was concerned about potentially disrupting my business and missing opportunities. OpenPhone has made the transition seamless with a service portfolio that is loaded with features and benefits and an impeccable customer service team. On top of that, I find their fees to be reasonable, which is an added bonus. I look forward to this next phase of growth in my business with OpenPhone as my preferred phone service provider.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The only thing I wish was different about OpenPhone is having to pay the full User Fee for each team member that I add to my company, even though they will not use the service in the same capacity that I will. This could get extremely pricey as my business continues to grow.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone is providing a reliable business phone service that is very user friendly and easy to navigate along with a fantastic customer service team that is leaps and bounds above my previous provider.

  ### 6. Effortless Communication and Reliable Call Recording for Care Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I really appreciate the messaging feature—it makes it easy to stay connected with clients and caregivers quickly and professionally. I also love that calls are automatically recorded, which helps with accuracy and follow-up for our care coordination.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The only downside I’ve experienced is an occasional lag with the calling feature, which can interrupt the flow of communication.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo allows me to seamlessly message and follow up with both clients and caregivers, which keeps communication organized and efficient. The automatic call recording gives me peace of mind and ensures I don’t miss important details during coordination.

  ### 7. Quo, Professional Calls Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

What I like most about Quo is how easily it lets me keep my business and personal calls separate, giving our business a professional, dedicated phone number that works right from my existing smartphone

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

While Quo offers great functionality, a significant drawback I've found is the persistent difficulty with Caller ID authentication. It seems challenging to get mobile carriers to consistently recognize and display our business name, which impacts professionalism and customer trust.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This service provides a business phone experience along with an app that helps manage customer calls and text messages.

  ### 8. We switched to OpenPhone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allan D. | Director HVAC company, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Very responsive customer support. We have not used more than needed so far. However, as we had experience working with the Dialpad product, we decided to move out from it to OpenPhone because the system interface is much more friendly, there are no extra buttons, and it has a very smart routing system option. I don't know how the pockets are moving at the networking level, but as I examine the TEST quality, I see that it is much better than Dialpad. Overall, so far, so good.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far, so good. I'm not sure about the quality of the voices, but I'll see in the future when there's heavy traffic of phone calls.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 9. Customer service is phenomenal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone’s customer service is the best. They go above and beyond to ensure that I get the most out of the services I'm subscribed to.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The initial instructions for joining were a bit confusing, as far as adding a phone number, etc. But customer service was great to explain!

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that I can avoid using my personal cell number when communicating with my customers, and I can also avoid spam calls by implementing the menu option for incoming phone calls.

  ### 10. Great service and product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | Owner and Operator of Okee Dokie Karaoke, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I haven't had a problem with OpenPhone and when we had issues come up within our business, they were there to make it as easy and as painless as possible to keep our subscription going. They took the initiative to find out what was happening and made it to where our service stayed up and running. I would highly recommend, not only for their product but also for their customer service.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Haven't found one. Everything works as promised.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are understanding when hardships occur and help when needed.

  ### 11. Ease of Use & Suite Of Premium Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone lets my team switch between our multiple office numbers, allowing easy responses to customers in different locations. Competitors require you to have multiple licenses to do this which is just confusing! I also I love how there is a behind the scenes threads feature, where my CSR can talk to each other in chat about a customer and respond appropriately. Last thing is the AI note taking and call recording + email connection. It’s like a light CRM!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There is not much to dislike! I think it would be nice to have accessible calling support instead of chat to get my concerns out faster.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having multiple licenses and being able to switch phone numbers easily is very helpful. Also, having an outbound caller ID is extremely helpful without having to own an open phone Phone Number. I can just pour my own from the past. I’ll have easier customer recognition this way.

  ### 12. Efficient, Customizable, and Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Celia S. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

We’ve been using OpenPhone for our business, StretchLab Victoria, and it’s been a game changer. The call summaries and transcripts are incredibly useful, and the customizable call flow has made our communication much more efficient. Being able to listen to calls and provide feedback to our team has improved our sales process significantly. Their customer service is also excellent. I’m sure there are even more features we’ve yet to explore that make it an even better tool.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Downside is that sometimes we have a small delay in the conversations

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking our calls and offering the ability for team feedback

  ### 13. Honest Review By Someone Who Paid for Entire Year

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siraj M. | Marketing Consultant , Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The interface seems better.
Pricing just fine.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Honest Review: I signed up 2 months ago. I purchased their three numbers and paid for the entire year upfront, almost $1K, and this was the biggest mistake I ever made. I thought they were a growing company so they will be better, but NO they are worst.

First of all, their verification method is too long; like they are issuing VISAs!! idiots. BTW I passed all the verifications; it took almost a month. Then I purchased 3 numbers and paid for yearly upfront. Then the real game started; they disabled my account first time in February 2025 with the reason that they saw so many calls from our team side, whereas our team was making 5-10 calls a day, which was our customers. So their system can't even handle such low volume. Their team replied ohh that it was due to the system's mistake or trigger, so we reinstated your account. Then again, after 10 days, their system again disabled with the same reasoning. This was unexpected because their system was inefficient, which I found out in the meanwhile. So then I just disabled outbound calls, domestic and international, just to see what would happen. Then and now, yesterday, their system again disabled the account. It's hilarious and now mentally disturbing.
And on email, their is the same reason so I am done now the most panic part is that they are putting a voice IVR ON YOUR PHONE numbers automatically that this account is Disabled so if your customers dialing your numbers in the meanwhile so they get to know this which is too much scary part. I came, I spent, and I learned, so if you want to learn something from someone's experiences, then it's better to NOT sign up with OpenPhone. Their interface looks better, but their service and support are worst and not friendly. All in all, after sale service is ZERO.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They just wasted my time and money nothing else.

  ### 14. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

We are truly excited to integrate Quo into our workflow. As a team of two, we've struggled to keep up with the phone line while focusing on our work. Having Sona has been a game changer for us; it records important details and answers questions on our behalf, allowing us to dedicate more time to creating value.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Haven’t noticed anything thus far. Still too early on.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, we simply don't have the time or resources to handle all the administrative work needed to run our small business. This solution is helping us reclaim our time.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

OpenPhone is a great app that was a quick install for our team members. It allows us to each monitor our business phone line and respond to the same text and call conversations. The allowance to transfer calls to other team members, text each other notes and information and continue conversations between each other has been an excellent help. The OpenPhone team is very friendly and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns when you reach out to them.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

None to state at this time, it has been a pleasant experience so far!

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our team to seamlessly track conversations and calls with our clients. OpenPhone also allows us to have a business line on our personal phone without having to carry around a secondary phone simply for business.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Easy to track and manage all my customers. Beautiful and efficient UX is also a priority I use it 3 times a week at least

  ### 20. Quo is okay, but the communication about included/missing features could be clearer

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I can access my SMS and phone calls from anywhere in the world. The support team is pretty helpful. So far the app has been working well

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Can't send SMS to US numbers without some form of PAID registration, which was not mentioned prior to my purchase. The website indicated that SMS and calls to US numbers are available and included in the package

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to my phone number from abroad. That's the primary reason I started using Quo

  ### 21. Infinite Connectability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fadi M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like how easy it is to connect with all of our different platforms. We had an issue that was resolved very quickly by the team. The ability to manage multiple numbers from a single account has been great. They also kept us up to date with all they were doing as the porting of our old numbers was happening.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The integration with Jobber isn't fully polished yet and has some room to grow. Needing to have a number per login is a bit of a hassle since not everyone on the platform needs their own independent number which has created some unnecessary costs.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had never had a solid VOIP system, everyone else was killing us when we tried them. Dropped calls, missed texts, etc.

  ### 22. I love openphone it automates my business

**Reviewed by:** Malia R. | Realtor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

I really like how the system gives callers clear dial options and tells them which number to press to reach the right department. Even better, it displays on your phone what option they selected, so you instantly know the reason for their call before picking up.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I wish it had an option to send out a text bulk.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 26. Excellent Business Phone Solution for Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maribel B. | Customer Support Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone has been a game-changer for our business communication. The setup was fast and user-friendly, and we were able to get multiple numbers and manage them all from one dashboard. Features like voicemail transcription, call routing, auto-replies, and shared inboxes have made our workflow so much smoother.

we did run into some minor issues—such as outbound call limitations while waiting for account verification.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone helped us solve the problem of high VoIP service costs with our previous carrier. We were paying significantly more for fewer features. Switching to OpenPhone has been a game-changer—it’s much more affordable, and we’re getting great value for the price.

  ### 27. Great VoIP solution the free service we provide

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry S. | Foundation Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Unlimited Calling and Texting - This is a huge deal for us. Chatting with folks in the community and our partners without nickel-and-diming over every minute? That's a massive win for our budget.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The Starter Plan is pretty affordable and it gives us all the main features we need. Just a heads-up on the extra costs: additional phone numbers, a one-time fee for carrier registration and some small monthly messaging fees to enable texting. As a foundation, we really gotta count every penny, so these smaller fees can add up and need to be part of our budget planning.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our offshore staff is able to use OpenPhone to reach out to the homeowners we are helping.

  ### 28. Decent Phone System

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo keeps track of all communication. You can get notifications or turn them off when needed. The ability to set business hours. Using phone and computer

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The connection when using it on multiple devices such as phone and computer. Sometimes the app and computer to don't link. There is some lag time between devices. Random periods where a call comes in and my phone is not allowing me to answer it

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client communications. The text messages are the best part. We do a lot of texting with clients. Ability to see all points of contact with a client

  ### 29. Great Experience with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharif K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I've had a very good experience using OpenPhone. The platform is easy to use and has all the features I need for business communication. What really stands out is their support team — they are incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I dislike so far. Everything has worked smoothly for my needs, and the support team is always there to help. If I had to mention anything, maybe more advanced features for power users could be a nice addition in the future.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone helps me manage business calls and texts professionally, all from one dedicated number. It keeps my personal and work communications separate, improves my response time, and gives my business a more polished, reliable presence. The ability to access everything from my phone or laptop makes it super convenient.

  ### 30. Easy to use and lots of useful features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bani H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone is easy to use and the best feature has to be the condensed notes that are provided after you have finished a call with a customer. By far the best feature - it saves me from trying to recall details about the conversation I had moments before or even a few days later. A timesaver - for sure!!!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I have yet to find anything I dislike about OpenPhone. I love the convenience that the software has provided me - as I can use it on my MAC or on my iPhone.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have an e-commerce business - which allows me to work from home but I often work outside the home. When I'm not at my home office, I can continue to use OpenPhone without skipping a beat. With OpenPhone I am not tied down to a landline; my business number goes wherever I go - my clients are always able to reach me thanks to OpenPhone.

  ### 31. Issue solved quickly!

I love everything about OpenPhone. At first I guess it seemed a little complex to use but its very simple once you toggle around.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm genuinely impressed by how intuitive and user-friendly OpenPhone is—it feels like it was designed with real teams in mind. The ability to collaborate seamlessly on calls and messages has completely transformed how I think about business communication. I really admire how OpenPhone blends simplicity with powerful integrations; it's clear a lot of thought went into solving real pain points. It’s refreshing to see a modern communication tool that actually supports the way today’s teams work—OpenPhone just gets it.

  ### 32. PRACTICAL SERVICE FOR AROUND THE WORLD COMMUNICATIONS

**Reviewed by:** Özlem S. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like that I can make international calls to any part of the world without issues, or latency. The audio is the best no matter where I call whether it's Japan or Norway. Finally being able to have a phone account that is not connected to my personal number is a great way to keep work in one place ensuring a real work-life balance.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I cannot edit messages, once they have been sent.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication issues were a constant. OpenPhone allows me to make calls to numbers that don't have WhatsApp which it great and keeps communications between traveling Executives on point.

  ### 35. OpenPhone VOIP for a health clinic 10/10

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone has made it much easier to help me manage customer outreach via call and text, and share the duties with reception staff.

Being able to co-manage a unified inbox with staff, automate SMS outreach via zapier integration, and have different call flows & auto-responders for outside of business hours has made my work life easier.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

My clinic uses Jane.App as a CRM/EMR, and there's currently no direct integrations. While it's still very functional, I would love to see a more direct integration, especially with the AI reception

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I initially started using open phone well transitioning away from being a solo-preneur and using my personal phone for all communications, to be able to bring on staff to help me manage the growing volume.

  ### 36. OpenPhone is a great support for small business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Opeyemi J. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

What I like best about OpenPhone is its user-friendly interface and the seamless integration it offers for communication. The ability to manage calls and messages in one place makes it convenient for both personal and business use. Here are a few key aspects that stand out. Customer Support, Virtual Phone numbers, collaboration features, Text messages, customizable Voicemail, Ease of implementation, and integrations.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Limited International Availability and learning curve.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company recognition with verified number, missed call reminder, automatic call recording, call analysis, and tracking.

  ### 37. Better than Zendesk

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The ease and look of the overall software plus the mobile phone app make it convenient and easy to answer texts/calls. Along with that the customer support answers fast and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

My one issue with OpenPhone would be the lack of support for emails which would bring the software above and beyond its competition. By having emails, texts, calls all in one place it could replace other software and allow for an application that can do it all. For small or big business it would be beneficial to have.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zendesk has poor customer support and a surprising amount of issues that have constantly plagued its software. My hope is OpenPhone would allow for a seamless transition and make it easier to answer call/texts of customers.

  ### 38. Smooth Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANUJ G. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Easy Product onboarding, and Customer Support Team

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

A very slight delay in approval process.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This service offers a US number that can be used for business communication through the IO app. It provides a convenient way to manage professional contacts and conversations.

  ### 39. Prompt customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugene N. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I’m in the process of signing up with Quo, but was concerned because I could not find a customer service phone number it seemed like the only way to contact them was via email. So I sent an email inquiry as was surprised that I received a response in under 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Nothing that I can think of at this time.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now I’m in the process of having my phone number ported into there service which is extremely important to me as I have had this number for over thirty years.

  ### 40. Complete Upgrade over Google Voice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ralph B. | Notary Public, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I was having a ton of calls drop or not complete on Google Voice. My business ( Forte Notary) is a mobile notary in Frisco, TX, and because of the nature of my work, I simply could not afford to ever miss calls. The work is time sensitive, and a missed call is lost business.

I reached out to a colleague who suggested giving OpenPhone a try. I am a few days into having the Google Phone number switched over, and I could not be happier. The calls have better call quality. The UI is miles beyond Google voice; I no longer have to do endless scrolling in order to find calls that require customer follow up.

As a former data scientist and AI guy, I am also excited about AI assistant integrations and other integrations that may make it easier for me to delegate tasks to an AI assistant or to do deep CRM integration.

Also, their support is top tier. They have actual humans who can help in real time to answer questions. This made the process of porting over my number from Google Phone very straightforward.

In sum, I use OpenPhone daily (really hourly) for business critical work. I am pleasantly surprised with their quality at a relatively low pricepoint.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The rumors always were that Google had bought massive amounts of fiber ages ago so that they could be leaders in voice over IP. I am only skeptical about long term sustainability of OpenPhone if Google ever chose to get their act together.

As it stands, this is a minor concern as OpenPhone is great for the notary work that I do for Forte Notary in DFW.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of dropped calls or callback that dont' complete. This happened to me multiple times a day with Google Voice. It has not happened once with OpenPhone.

  ### 41. Great Multi-Number Feature, But Frequent Bugs Disappoint.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jace P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Ease of use of multiple business phone numbers on one app.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Constant bugs on a weekly basis. Bad experience overall. Waiting for a new solution to come out on the market to migrate over.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugs on a weekly basis that prevent me from conducting business.

  ### 42. A great tool to used for

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace S. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love how easy it is to use—calls, texts, and team messages all in one place. Super convenient for staying connected on the go!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes the call quality can vary, and there are occasional delays with notifications. But overall, it's still a solid tool for business communication.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone helps me keep business and personal communication separate by giving me a dedicated business number. It also makes it easy to manage calls, texts, and team messages in one place, which saves time and keeps everything organized.

  ### 43. Excellent Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon H. | Healthcare Advocate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

One of the things I really like about OpenPhone is the ability to generate transcripts of phone calls. Sometimes during calls I may miss something or forget details, so having the transcript helps me go back and review the conversation. It makes follow up easier and helps me feel more confident that I did not overlook anything. This feature has helped me stay organized and provide better care to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

One thing I dislike about OpenPhone is that sometimes the app glitches or the call drops without warning. It can be frustrating when I am in the middle of an important conversation with a client or provider.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it streamlines my communication and improves the quality of care I can provide. OpenPhone helps me stay organized by keeping all work-related calls, texts, and voicemails in one place. It eliminates the need to use my personal phone for professional communication

  ### 44. Ugly until The Right Rep Solve my issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I am just now getting to use it. I am not sure about the quality of the call yet. They sound delayed when I am speaking with someone.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

How difficult it was in the beginning to get my text message working.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again this is a question better ask after I have had a few months using your product before I can best answer this question.

  ### 45. One application for all our communication needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis Raymond M. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

What I appreciate most about Quo is its versatility across all platforms, its ease of use, and the internal thread feature that allows for instant communication, among many other benefits!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

For now, i just miss having an actual phone.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All communication aspects. From IVR to security. documentation, adcanced AI transcriptions, all are great.

  ### 46. Best phone service for business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cao Tri L. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone is a fantastic choice for startups, solo entrepreneurs, and growing teams that want an affordable, easy-to-use business phone solution without the baggage of legacy telecom systems.
If your company needs advanced enterprise call features or heavy international usage, you might need to supplement OpenPhone with other tools — but for most small-to-medium teams, it’s hard to beat the value and convenience.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes some devices got logged out and had to log in

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great connection between phone, laptop, and across devices

  ### 47. Great Solution for a Growing Solopreneur

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ed G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

You can start with one line, which is cheaper than an additional cellular phone line. Then, as my business grows and I add more employees, we can all access the same central phone line's voice/SMS number. It also has Sona AI that ensures that my phone never goes unanswered, yet still allows me to have an outstanding work/life balance.

I had to contact customer support for help with the Trust Center, which allows you access to SMS. They responded quickly and resolved my issue.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I wish the AI had a lower entry-level price and a mass texting feature built into the app.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I'm unable to answer the phone, I can easily have an employee answer no matter where they are located.

  ### 48. Very Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Global Sales Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Using the desktop version makes sending texts so much easier than on my phone, plus I can send much larger files than via email. Also,I like that when I am traveling in Europe I can still stay connected to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Typically it is no access to a live person for support. But my latest support event was handled swiftly and effectively, saving me a giant headache.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to use when in Europe.

  ### 49. Good Apple Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I compare it pretty directly with Dialpad and OpenPhone wins.

It’s integrated well with iOS and CarPlay. You don’t see that with a competitor like Dialpad. Also Dialpad has abandoned even any semblance of shared contact database for the company. OpenPhone has what I need for contact management without a separate CRM. We just have a single shared number for 5 users and we will grow from there.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I would hope to one day see tight integration with Odoo.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need one shared number that multiple people can manage. Rather than 5 people texting from their own personal phones to coordinate things with our workers, they can all monitor one number and conversations that happened.

  ### 50. Great communication tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has been extremely helpful, and I appreciate how easy it is to use. I especially value the multiple call features, which make it simple to connect with clients and other agencies on their behalf simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I have limited experience with Quo so far, and I haven't encountered anything to dislike at this point.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is helping maintain realtime communication with clients, and their database for easier accessibility and information storage.
