**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Absolutely nothing, because I can’t get any of my questions answered or resolved.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Cannot cancel my subscription. I spoke directly with the director, who personally assured me the subscription would be canceled and that I would receive a refund. May came around and not only was the subscription still active, but I was charged again.

The worst part of this entire experience has been the customer service. Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours just to speak with someone, and then another 1-2 weeks to actually get anything resolved. Extremely frustrating experience overall.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were very few benefits, and they were completely masked by all the issues I ran into with the customer success team. They don’t seem to have any ability to escalate problems within a reasonable timeframe, so I consistently had to wait 1–2 hours on hold just to get a response.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Dialpad Connect stands out for its advanced app &  AI features, which delivers real-time call transcriptions and automated “AI Recaps” that quickly capture key decisions and action items. It also provides a smooth, unified experience for voice, video, and messaging, working reliably across both desktop and mobile devices, which makes it a strong fit for hybrid teams. On top of that, its out-of-the-box integrations with tools like Microsoft 365 help keep communication history and CRM data neatly aligned and in sync.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Users often criticize Dialpad Connect for inconsistent call quality, citing “choppy” audio, dropped calls, and “one-way audio” glitches—especially when switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Many also feel the pricing structure is misleading, since essential features such as CRM integrations and 24/7 support are restricted to costly higher-tier plans, and final bills can include unexpected taxes and carrier fees. Technical support is another frequent pain point: users describe it as “abysmal” or unresponsive, which can result in long delays when trying to resolve critical billing or service issues.

Dialpad Connect helps solve the problem of “information loss” by using AI to deliver real-time transcriptions and automated summaries, so important details don’t get missed during busy calls. For our team, this removes the need for manual note-taking and keeps work moving by streamlining the workflow with seamless integrations that keep communication history and customer data in sync.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

1. AI Features and that arrow if you click on it - you can actually see the call transcript
2. Summary feature is also awesome.
3. Voicemail feature
4. Sync with our CRM - MS Dynamics 365
5. I have dialpad on my mobile too - so I don't miss any prospect calls.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Nothing much but just like SalesLoft - it should have the time zone feature too. I mean if I'm calling a phone number it should indicate that the person/prospect is in which Time Zone - that will certainly help us to not call out of time zone areas.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Connect with Customers
2. AI real time transcription - helps to create Minutes of Meeting easily
3. Awesome feature as I can do call my customers, send a text msg and even do a video call from the single window/app.
4. Audio quality is good
5. Communication is much more streamline as for eg - if i call a particular number - past history is reflected or stored which can give you a better idea about your last conversation/communication.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Overall it's been a greate expirence, I love Mobile app more better than Deskotp. I can trasfer the call between devices as well as Saleforce platform. I am currently waiting for Toll free texting feature as we are high on the SMS side as well from our CC team.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Nothing in particular, but it’s really frustrating when the salesperson who sold you the product leaves after making some promises, and then a new salesperson comes in who doesn’t know what we’ve already been through. That’s a real pain.

I hope Dialpad can have a more stable team on the sales side to maintain a good relationship. Also, I didn’t like that after onboarding, the salesperson never reached out to me to get an update on the account.

Many way, Call logging to SF directly. Mainline call routing all saving the Recording if we need to go back and use it.

Dialpad Connect’s biggest drawback is how heavily it leans on AI features that aren’t always fully accurate. That can affect call clarity and the reliability of transcripts, so I still find myself needing to double-check things manually from time to time.

Dialpad Connect addresses the problem of fragmented communication and limited visibility into calls by bringing calling, messaging, and AI-driven insights together in a single platform. For me, this means smoother collaboration, less time wasted switching between tools, and real-time visibility into conversations that supports better, faster decision-making.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

The best feature of Dialpad Connect that I like is that it allows me to manage the calls, messages and meetings on one platform with ease. The call quality is reliable. Using AI as the power behind the app, it is easy to follow a conversation and enhance communication through functions like live transcription and call summaries. It is easy to use and is compatible with remote and hybrid teams.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

The only negative aspect of Dialpad Connect is that certain advanced features and reporting capabilities are not as powerful as the ones of traditional phone systems. The quality of the calls might be poor in case of the unstable internet connection and certain integration may need additional configuration. The system is also simple to operate in geeral, although the more advanced customization requires time to master.

The Dialpad Connect addresses the issue of communication by placing calls, messages and meetings in one platform. It provides you with good sight into your call logs and AI-generated summaries. This minimizes the lack of follow-ups and enables remote teams to work effectively. To the point, it simplifies daily communications and increases productivity.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

Dialpad is a simple-to-use VOIP client with great AI tools for recapping and summarizing meetings. The website is easy to navigate, and the admin area makes it straightforward to view reports and see real-time user activity. It also offers flexibility in choosing which device you receive calls or texts on.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

Setting up the IVR was not intuitive at all. Dialpad customer service also wasn’t very helpful when we ran into issues.

That’s been a major theme with them. It can be difficult to get in contact with your dedicated rep, and it often feels like they avoid taking meetings or addressing complaints. I even had a Dialpad rep schedule a meeting with me to “review changes in the platform” for our company, but it ended up being a sales call, even though I asked multiple times whether it would be.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization previously had an expensive telephone bill and no real way to send text messages. This meant staff was either using a personal phone or getting a company cell phone. Neither was a good solution and introduced costs or risks. Dialpad resolved that with a simple app on a computer or phone.

What I like best about Dialpad is that it brings all communication tools—calls, messages, and video meetings—into one platform. It’s easy to use, works across multiple devices, and the AI-powered features like call transcription and analytics really help improve productivity and communication efficiency.

What I dislike about Dialpad is that while it has great core features, some advanced tools can feel limited or locked behind higher-tier plans. There are also occasional call quality issues depending on internet stability, and the interface, while modern, can take a bit of time to fully get used to.

It auto-transcribes conversations and also provides AI summary. It saves us time and effort to listen in daily calls.

Dialpad Connect addresses such problems as fragmentation of business communication, lost conversations, and lack of insight into call performance. This product will be helpful to me because it helps with collaborating, increases productivity, and provides useful analytics through AI technology.

**What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?**

The most helpful part of Dialpad is convenience. No longer do we have to deal with the limitations of a traditional phone system. I can receive calls and texts on my direct line wherever I happen to be located. Calls can easily be forwarded to me. 

Additionally, the flexibility of the system is impressive. I can receive calls whenever I wish and set times when I am not available. We can use a variety of capabilities - or not. It is up to us and we can determine the amount of technology we use and pay for.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?**

There is occasionally a drop in service. 

Additionally, sometimes it can take a second or two for service to begin after we answer a call. The result is that we may answer a phone call, but your client does not hear us answer and greet them. If we do not repeat the greeting, the client might feel like the call never connected and hang up.

**What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote meetings, No longer dealing with the cost of owning a traditional phone system, and the analytics available to us are all helpful.
