The transcription feature is beneficial when referring to previous conversations or recapping what was said. The AI technology allows me to know how to follow up the phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The phone app can become glitchy at times. I've had calls dropped, or the quality of the call has been poor. The desktop app is better suited for taking calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Effectiveness of the program always helps multiple users stay on track with various conversations and helps business to look back on conversations with customers to clarify any misunderstanding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there is a lag in response , and when you answer a call you have to press 1 , so it slows down call volumes , thats about the only setback on this program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy it is for you, the user experience and the look of the tool are great. I have been using it for about 2 years and never had any issues with it. The customer service is efficient and pleasant. You can do group text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can send emojis and pictures, but it would be even better if it would be able to send Gif's through the text messaging option. Other than that I don't have any complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can see call summaries and transcriptions. It will name your contacts for you as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's confusing to work with sometimes since this app is a bit technical. I can't tell if a call has dropped or if someone has hung up. Also, my Dialpad desktop app won't start, so I'm trying to figure out how to navigate through that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dialpad transcriptions and call summaries have been great. I like how simple it is to review a call later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with HubSpot has not been the best. I'm not a fan of how contacts are managed when working with a team. Seems to create duplicates too often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just love that you can have a different number for work without having two phones. It's also very convenient to switch from devices. Did I mention the convenience of transcribed calls? Just like I said... It's a game changer for sure! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't really found anything I don't like yet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialpad is super easy to use. We use dialpad for our entire virtual team. It's easy to set up and go.
As an admin, I can set up a new user in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Billing practices. Dialpad was overcharging us for months and we did not know it. If you remove an extension, they still bill you after the extension was removed unless you contact customer support. This has since been fixed but was a true hurdle with us and Dialpad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to review phone calls and transcriptions of conversations. We love the ability to text as well. I have emails from my teammates telling me they love Dialpad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The transcriptions arent perfect, but they are a great help when referencing phone conversations. I do take notes and compare them to transcriptions when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
