I like the integrations the Dialpad allows/has the most. That is the reason we chose them over others. They work well with Salesforce and Outreach and provide great tracking and visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The admin portal/website is clunky, not intuitive, and overall not very user-friendly. Learning how to set things up, get it functioning, and teach your team is hard. Calling and texting are easy to learn; anything advanced is tough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish you. could see each rep who has called a client. With Talkdesk, I could look up a phone number and see every rep who had called, left a vm, answered a live call etc. It gave me a lot of information all in one place. The user interface is simple to understand, and a Quick Start Guide is ready upon download. Our customer service agents are able to make and receive calls and texts. I am confused about call routing. I was able to set up a phone tree, but I am curious how our "main line," and "departments" are attached to the same phone number. I find that transferred calls drop fairly often and it's hard to discern why this happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used DialPad for a number of years as our "office phone" and it has been really wonderful to be able to access this phone from anywhere on any device. We have 3 employees that are constantly on DialPad and can simultaneously use the app from 3 different places in the world and we really appreciate that about this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not appreciate the "departments" tab and I have yet to find a way to disable that. For some reason, all of our incoming calls are filed in a separate place from incoming calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Centralized voip system, cost bundled into one monthly amount - not per call, flexibility and performance, were able to setup our own IVRs which are quite complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Phone systems dropped calls, some issues with call tree setup and training, the IVR is quite complex and limited at the same time, the software usablility is not great, can't see your numbers and it needs to be simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
