I have tried numerous times to setup caller IDs and have been assured they work, but they don't. I have been told by customer service that "certain providers may not have up to date" systems, but I use Verizon and my bf has ATT and it doesn't pop up on either of ours- I would think Verizon and ATT are indeed up to date. It is synched with SalesForce and seamlessly links calls to client files. This saves us a lot of time in tracking and recording phone call details. The call quality is always good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not had any issues with DialPad to date. I have heard of some of my employees having issues with the mobile app but we use the desktop primarily and it works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love all of the fantastic features that Dialpad has, such as recording a call so I can go back and review them.
I also like using Dialpad on my mobile phone and not just through my computer. This feature lets me take my calls wherever I am. That flexibility is Awesome!
The best part is Dialpad is constantly adding new features and offering classes to show you how best to implement them.

The interface is the best part of using Dialpad, and It's pretty easy and not messy. Also "William" (Customer Rep) is pretty good at his job, he is responding veeery quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found any dislikes about dial-pad yet. But If I need to say somethign that would be the cost of international calls. I believe they are a little high and should be some bonus/discount options for new subscribers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate that Dialpad attempts to send AI Voice messages to the email. At least I am alerted that there has been a missed call or a voicemail message left on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My regular cell phone carrier provides much more accurate text to voicemail than Dialpad's AI Voice. The AI Voice messages sent to email are a garble of words that are nonsense most of the time. It seems to work better when on a call for the AI Voice notes of your conversation. But the AI Voice has a lot of work to do to be on par with anything I'd recommend. The dial pad system is relatively easy to understand and set up even for not tech-wise individuals. It has a fantastic amount of flexibility and better reliability than we had with our previous VOIP service. The support staff that we have worked with were great, and helped when we got stuck. The offered fax plan is not ideal if you have a fair amount of fax traffic. We have had glitches with the dial-pad app not ringing when the app is connected to the wifi, but flawless performance on cell data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
