What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I like that I can use the app for my board members and they don't have my personal number. I've had to change my phone number various times in this industry because of this issue. Aside from that, I love that the video conferences have recordings so that we can record our meeting. Lastly, I like having the option to switch between having a pin for a meeting or not having one. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

I don't like that the free version limits the amount of guests in a video conference to 10 participants. I just found that out in the middle of a meeting last night. It was a little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Flexibility. I LOVE the new feature where I can be on DND for only certain departments. Allows my mostly remote salesforce to coordinate across the country efficiently. Being able to review customer service peoples transcripts (which could use some improvement but I am able to mostly decipher what has been said) is a game changer for employee training. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

When using the mobile app, I find that I miss calls when I am on cell call. It doesnt seem always to notify me of a call, if Im using my cell phone. If there is a solution there, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me de centralize my phone system across multiple locations, with many sales people now working from home. Using our mobile devices/pcs helps me not buy hardware that I may or may not ever get back from an employee across the country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes all the SMS incoming communications can be lost in the incoming messages list. I believe if the incoming SMS list was structured a little differently, it could allow us to communicate better via messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

DialPad has been easy to install across all of my devices! I can call, text and send pictures using my computer, tablet and phone! The connections have been superb and clear, I've never had a dropped call or missed any connections from clients and coworkers! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who works remotely! What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I have used a lot of "soft phone" applications in the past; none have been so fully featured, simple, and reliable. I recommend Diapad quite a lot. One final point, the messaging feature is best in class. So easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
