I have used Dialpad for several years and found it a real benefit. I love talking on my cell phone with clients while having a separate business line and protecting my phone number. I appreciate that I can turn Dialpad off after hours and not receive calls when unavailable. Dialpad customer support is beneficial whenever I have had to reach out with questions (a couple of times before learning to use all of the features). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dialpad is great, especially for businesses or call centers because you can make a call directly through the browser or app where they assign a dedicated phone number to you. Dialpad also has different features which I love using- texting, meeting, etc. It is very useful if you have a business that deals with a lot of customers and clients. It is also really easy to use, and looks super sleek too! I also love how it auto-transcribes phone calls so that you can go back and refer to something you said in the phone call. As a non-profit with remote employees, having a phone service that is geared towards remote workers is vital. It has easy to use features to ensure calls are routed to the right place and recording to help recall what was discussed with callers who can be volunteers, families needing services, or donors. Having a simple mobile app is a huge benefit to make sure on personal devices, we know when a work call is coming in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Funds are limited as a non-profit and there are some features (like Zendesk integration) that we'd like to use but do not need/want to pay for the higher tier license. How user-friendly it is. The appearance is excellent, the option to go back and anylize your own call. The transcript is very handy and the new video call, add extra value to the product. I think is an exellent product for the modern world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes calls will drop, and the other person cannot hear you properly. I would like to have more info on the caller before I pick the pone. I moved to Dialpad from RingCentral because I was frustrated with calls dropping and horrible customer service. Dialpad was a breath of fresh air. Not only has their custom service been exceptional, but Dialpad connects with CLIO, my practice management software, and I am able to log my calls directly from CLIO and track my time. It makes billing clients simple. I have also had no issues with calls dropping etc. I really like that I can choose whether to use the carrier or wifi on my calls.
