The syncing capabilities of Dialpad on laptop and phone makes the tool very accessible for AEs regardless of how they like to perform sales activity. Sometimes the transfers of calls can be a little glitchy. Sometimes they will drop, but more often than not, they go through. They also give you an option of checking with the transferee before you transfer. This is very helpful when making sure the transfer actually has a chance. Overall still a dependable product. Dialpad has many options and functionality, which is great for workers working remotely. I can transfer my calls quickly to my cell phone, so even if I am away from my computer, I can answer my cell phone without having to give out my personal number. I also like that I can receive texts when a website requires a phone number, but I am doing something related to my company's business and do not want to use my personal phone number.
