Dialpad is a reasonably priced solution that allows our small business to appear larger than we are. It's easy to issue local cell phone numbers to employees, and the app will enable them to set availability. Super easy to use, and I love the cross-platform compatibility. I wish that the integrations were included at the lower price point. There's a lot more functionality, but it gets substantially more costly to upgrade to the pro version. We are slightly let down by the inability to receive push notifications for our main office line on the desktop / mobile devices as this is the line that we primarily use for all communications. I would be such a relief if DialPad added push notifications for mainline text messages and maybe even a reminder notification if communications accidentally dont get responded to within a period of time.
