Dialpad allows me to make and receive business calls and texts on my cellphone using a Dialpad assigned phone number - not my personal cell number, which allows me to limit off hours calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dialpad Talk has limited support for individual users/subscribers. I've needed support a few times and went in circles on the FAQ site before getting an online form submission page. My request was addressed via email and it took several days to get an answer. I love that Dialpad has everything I need for my work phone service. I am able to organize contacts, make calls, text, and manage my working hours so that my phone shuts off when I am not working (If you are anything like me, working outside of your hours is a problem!)
