Although it is quite useful, it is not always accurate. When team members aren't speaking effectively, the voice-to-text agents appear to struggle with enunciation and comprehension of the actual language. The only downside is the compatibililty with some headsets. Some callers are not able to hear our team when they answer the calls. I would like to see two minor changes to Dialpad Ai Voice to make it my ideal iteration. Firstly, I suggest that incoming calls should be routed through the Dialpad app rather than the default phone app for greater convenience and ease of use. Secondly, I suggest changing the format of phone numbers when making outgoing contacts in the dialer so that they are clearly displayed without confusion or guesswork.
