Dialpad Ai Voice has very good features becouse its very easy to understand opposite person accent thorugh Ai Voice transcript. Its very easy to connect and In that application we can share picture, text, Voice mail and now the good option is for video call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

its trascribing feature for calls is amazing, it even bulletpoint actionable steps you can take coming out of the call. This feature has saved me mulitple times when I've forgotten to take notes. As a user, I can tell Dialpad is one of the most unique business phones for every business. It is the one-stop solution for every business as they offer unlimited features. We were paying $300 a year for Dialpad and added 2 lines for our telemarketing initiatives. The bill increased from $300 to $900 a year, which didn't seem reasonable. But that's okay, a quick conversation with Dialpad's customer service should clear things up. I was wrong! After spending HOURS on their website looking for a phone number to call, support webpages that take you in circles, and a chatbot that doesn't work I ended up finding the customer service email addresses in forums. A week has gone by and the only response I've gotten is that they discontinued the email I had contacted.
