The service they offer seems ok, i think the product it self is ok, but the people behind it are most likely doing fraud with their sales and false charging cards whenever they feel like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike all. I have created an account with dialpad for my business. We used a free trial to see what the products are like etc. We liked it. But since we did not need it atthe time we said we will probably make a purchase later once we started with the work. But these scammers behind this company, after the free trial tried to charge my card for 350 USD??? Even though, even if we used their service our subscription would be 30-35usd per month (I guess they tried to charge me with a yearly subscription). My partner sent them an email telling them not to charge us, because we won't start using the service yet, and expressed concern about them trying to charge USD! They apologized and said they will stop, and they did not know why that happened. From that day Saturday 19th of November up until today 9th of December they have tried to charge my card for 35 USD 65 times!!!!!! 65 times!!!! Even though we sent multiple emails, and some guy Angus with who we communicated said it is handled and it won't be happening anymore, it still kept happening. Luckily I have my card for free trials empty just for these cases. But my bank charged me for each of their attempts 0.4 USD which came up to 26 USD for what??? For them trying to steal money off of my account! I can't understand any business that is doing this and they can't be trusted. I was sure we will use their service (as I said I think it is ok), but doing something like this completely destroys any trust. I believe they try to lure people in with a free subscription, and then just charge you after that right away, no matter if you want to use them or not. But ok, that is one kind of scam. But trying to charge someone's card 65 times after they have complained about this and you said it is resolved, this is something that I have never ever seen I'm my life, and believe it is a crime! not once, twice, 3 times, or five times, 65 times!!!! It is disgrace and someone should take responsibility for this, but since they are scammers, I believe no one really cares about this review. Be very careful if ever considering using this company's services, especially giving them your credit card information! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many things to like about this service, such as:
1. Ability to use existing employee's phones, tablets and computers to leverage this service.
2. Apps for iOS, Android and Windows environments.
3. User customization for ringing unique phone lines and tweaking the interface based on personal preferences.
4. Near-real time textual dictation and display of live voice calls.
5. AI-generated summary of voice calls for quick references.
6. Admin's ability to view call metrics of the various phone lines assigned to team members.
7. Lots of flexibility to support voice, texting and even fax communications for the business with customers, along with a single integrated platform for everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there are many great features for this service, it does require quite a bit of a learning curve for the Admin to take in to become fully proficient with everything. It also takes some time to work with and train the users to ensure they have a full grasp on the capabilities and know how to use it for maximizing utility of it within the business unit. One of the key user preferences to receive notifications appears to be hidden deep in the app's UI -- that made it difficult to diagnose an issue that one of our users was having. The connection between the phone app, computer app and IP phones allows for seamless integration of the phone in our companies day to day operations. Being able to look back at phone calls a see the highlights and objectives is really helpful to my employees. It is a great addition to our communications with our customers. There are times where phone calls may ring on the connected cell phones and we are unable to answer. 95% of the time it works, but there are times where we cannot connect and have to call back the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am able to have a desk phone and answer calls from there and also able to leave my desk and answer calls from my cell phone anywhere. Being able to seemlessly transfer calls from both desk phone and cell phone is a game changer. The recording of the call with the AI and being able to go back and review the call again is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The backend of programming and adding new employees to the application is challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reasonable pricing that works well on solopreneur and/or startup budget. The onboarding call was also quite helpful. The call/voice quality was excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More of a nitpick, really, but I hope there's a more pared-down version of the product. We're basically just looking for a phone and SMS app for our client success team, so we don't really have a need for the other features.
Also, we couldn't use the office number to register a WhatsApp Business account. We would have loved to use the same number across all our comms channels so we won't need to expose our team members' personal information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Dialpad at our Organization for long time and it has helped us in lot more ways.
The tool is user-friendly and the call quality is consistently clear. We are using the Dialpad in Desktop as well in Android mobile and the services are seamless in both devices.
Also, the AI-powered features like transcribing the call and recording helps in keeping the records properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We haven't noticed any issues with Dialpad as of now and it seems to be perfect as per our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dial pad connect is the best application designed for the user to attend the meeting in a flexible way providing the greater frequency of use over the applocation the integration of the ai technlogy has made a far better application for the better customer enhancement supportover the users giving the ease of use faclity and easy implementation amoung the various users. the dislike think about the Dialpad connect is the caption rendering is not unique amoung the system because the way of the approach towards the metting rather it is given a flecxiblity but lacks the overall productivity of the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We got this tool 2 days back as I am doing a test run of this tool. I must say that this once is an excellent VOIP tool, has a user friendly interface and has all the features available on a single screen. It has texting, voice calls and conference features available which makes things easily manageable. This also has a Calendar reminder, screen-share, group call and conference feature as well which makes it a way ahead of it's major competitors available inn the job market. I didn't find anything to be disliked as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to see call transcriptions, both in real-time and post-call is extremely helpful! Its accuracy is decent, but it definitely could use some improvement, I feel it is getting better every day though. Being able to go back and look at notes/topics from a past call is a great feature and comes in handy quite often.
I have been happy with the service so far, we opt to use desk phones (Polycom) and the service works seamlessly from the desktop/browser app to the desk phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dialpad is quite costly, it runs about 4x what I would pay for typical phone service, but you do get 4+ times the features you would usually have with standard landlines. So you have to weigh your pros and cons to see if it is worth it at the end of the day.
There have been some issues with calls dropping before they make it through to the lines, but it is rare and not something I typically have to worry about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the way that messaging is organized in the app, also it has dark mode now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
we had some weirdness not that long ago where we were getting random photos in messages. But that might not have been Dialpad's problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
