Overall, easy to setup and integrate with our various sources. We now have a fully tailored search experience which we've received positive feedback for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coveo is a good business searching solution with strong integration capabilities. We integrated Coveo with Salesforce to help serve our internal and external users with searching large volumes of ticketing data. The search results are fast and the workflow is simple. I love the auto-population of results while users still typing the search keywords. Overall, it's smart searching across different sources is excellent. Sorting and filtering options can be improved. Although it a powerful solution, sometimes you may feel that the search results are little less relevant. I will not hold it against them because we get the same feeling with Google occasionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that it's only a cloud-provided platform but I understand that this fact keeps the platform less complicated. I wish that the chrome extensions for Coveo were supported more. Qubit support is very responsive when we need help on an experience. We have been doing several pieces of training with Qubit developers, and every time, it has been very instructional, helpful, and we were able to put the advice into practice. It can be hard to use and needs a lot of training - Some processes are missing from the documentation, for example, real examples on how to use the functionalities. The illustrations are often elementary and not adapted to the use we have of Qubit. The explanation of the packages as well is a bit light. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many things which I like about Qubit, first of all is the people - we have a supportive team at Qubit who we meet with biweekly as well as various strategy meetings throughout the year. In addition to the people, I like the ideas and creativity which their people bring to the table, their forward-thinking attitude of things we could try as a business is inspiring! As well as their own ideas, they also appreciate and will help us deliver anything we want to, Qubit are focused and driven to help us achieve our strategic objectives so will always support us on any plans which help us to achieve this. I enjoy the new things which Qubit want us to try, its great that their ideas align with our plans so we're all working on the same end goal!
