Clean modern design means it is very easy to see results and navigate around. Fairly simple to get experiments up and running. Makes it easy to implement quick fixes and solutions to problems as well as just testing. Simple changes and tests eg wording can be done very quickly and easily. The software is really easy to use and helps us set up A/B test with minimum effort but achieve accurate and reliable results. The team are also very hands on and have been there at the end of a phonecall/email every step of the way and have also set up many tests on our behalf when our resource has been tight. UI still lags others like Optimizely. Cannot use the UI to make many changes to the page. You're either in one mode or another instead of layers changes on top of each other.

Its very easy to use and very easy to implement. The dashboard is clean and everything is easy to find.
The JavaScript code editor in my opinion is one of the best code editors (online) that I have ever used and reminds of a similar desktop editor i use.

On the whole it's great when we're tight on internal resource as we can create our own campaigns with the tool really easily, but some more complicated tests require engineer coding which can take a day or two to turn around.
