What do you like best about Coveo?

Right now, I like the customization you can do on the skins side, to almost make it totally different views depending on the audience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

the only thing I have to say is that sometimes crawls get stuck and we have to rerun them, and the admin logging is a little sparse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coveo?

Fairly good search engine. We have been disappointed with the product overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

Had issue that cause it to fail for no reason. Very expensive solution compared to Microsoft and others. Support is poor and generally not helpful when tickets are created. Facet filter development and management is difficult. We have outstanding issues that have not been resolved by the vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Coveo:

I don't recommend this software for SharePoint search in 2010 and we plan on switching to SharePoint Search in 2013. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enterprise search without FAST in 2010 using OCR. Few benefits have been realized and the cost savings has been lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coveo?

This being an enterprise search tool, we selected this as the tech support wants to search solution from various sources while on client call, which is not possible in salesforce.

So we opted for coveo and implemented it to search records from confluence, jira, sfdc knowledge Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

Taking our data on their servers, hard to configure, to setup you should know the scripting language. not that easy to learn to configure.

Always need the PS team to help in updates etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coveo?

Easy to implement search engine for cloud application.

The best I like is it returns search result real quick irrespective of the data size.

We have bulk customers data plus partners data and, was amazed to see the performance for huge data size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation was simple, straightforward and the Qubit product team were on hand 24/7 for advice and best practice recommendations.

As powerful as the dashboard and Qubit platform is, a facility whereby we can archive and sort our tests from the landing page would be really beneficial - particularly when the volume of tests begins to stack up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data is power and understanding your customers onsite behaviour and what leads them to conversion is the greatest tool in an ever expanding e-commerce toolbox. What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the Qubit platform and advice from the product team we have been able to segment our customers into key demographics, tailoring distinct messages to each cohort and increasing conversion across the board.

Restricted behind a code freeze on the website we were able to maximise the Qubit platform by applying important legal messages for travellers to the website after legislation change by the government - making us first responders in comparison with our competitors.

By split-testing various permutations we were able to define which copy worked better across a range of call-to-actions, increasing conversions and understanding our customers psychology at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
