We started using Coralogix 2.5 years ago after struggling with ineffective observability platforms. Since then, we've gained extensive experience and found Coralogix to be a game-changer. It provides a single pane of glass for all our observability needs, including logs, metrics, alerts, and APM. The platform also helps to save cost with their in built feature. 1. Coralogix has become our single dashboard for anything related to server logs monitoring, APM monitoring and RUM monitoring. There is a good level of interconnection as well between these.
2. The product is easy to use and has a good set of out-of-the-box dashboards
3. Since raw logs are available to us, we can build out custom dashboards using these for our different use cases
4. Integration with the product was fairly straightforward
5. Customer support is prompt and most of the times useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. I have seen issues where there have been some bugs/changes in the product which has caused some of my custom dashboards break. On contacting, I get the solution for the same. But this gets frustrating at times
2. The time to load the logs and some of the dashboards could be a little on the higher side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coralogix is incredibly easy to use and has been a reliable SIEM solution for us for over 5 years. The intuitive interface makes it simple to aggregate logs, set up pipelines, and create custom queries. What really stands out is the cost-effectiveness—being able to focus on and analyze only the critical logs saves us significant operational costs. The support team is phenomenal and always goes the extra mile, ensuring we get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the platform is fantastic, the documentation could be better organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Coralogix for several years now, and it has completely transformed our approach to monitoring and troubleshooting. The intuitive interface makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to navigate, and the dashboards are highly customizable, allowing us to visualize our data in a way that makes sense for our specific needs. We receive timely notifications that help us proactively address issues before they escalate, saving us valuable time and resources.
The ability to correlate metrics, logs, and traces in one place has made our troubleshooting processes significantly more efficient.
The customer support team has also been fantastic. They've been responsive and knowledgeable, helping us to optimize our setup and answer any questions we’ve had along the way. Overall, I highly recommend Coralogix to any team looking to enhance their observability practices. It’s a powerful tool that has truly delivered on its promise, making our systems more reliable and our team more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall we are happy with the product. It would be good id Coralogix can support GCD buckets as a backend storage. Currently only S3 is supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favourite part of coraligix is the investigations feature, which lets me keep all of the comments and relevant logs for investigating an issue in one place that is easy to share and manage. It is also really cool how quickly you can get a reply from their support team using the chat feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an easier way to do backwards navigation within coralogix, sometimes I need to find the correct button in the ui to navigate back one step, other times the browser back button goes back too far. I wish there was a single consistent way to do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unified platform for metrics, logs, traces, Alerts and incident, Also helps a lot on optimizing our data by storing in different tiers. RUM and APM is also amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need to templatize the alert creation and dashboard creation. But now it is manual creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aggregating logs and metrics in one place is helpful. My favorite part of the product is the tracing feature. It makes it very easy to debug issues with our webapp by seeing the status of requests to our webapp at every step in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think some of the documenation around COralogix integrations could be more accessible. For example, the Coralogix information on setting up OTEL host metrics is helpful, but from my experience it could only be found through a google search. I'd prefer if this and similar documentaiton was linked to directly from the Coralogix webapp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love two things:
1. Thier support - Always happy to help with availability for any questions or requests
2. Observability- During my job experience with different log aggregation system I find Coralogix the most user friendly unique and interesting. I can create everything from my logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, I dont have anything on mind when its come to negative thare are some ups and downs when coming to in hous dashboard system but its a gap I find easy to get over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like using Coralogix as a SIEM platform for our company. The application is very easy to use and was simple to integrate with all of our data sources, but also has a lot of depth and the ability to create very complex queries. The addition of CSPM, APM, and RUM to the platform at no additional cost beyond the data is great as well, and has the potential for long term savings by consolidating tools. I use the platform on a daily basis to research security events, and prefer it to all of the other SIEMs I have used throughout my security career. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike about Coralogix is that the DataPrime language has a pretty steep learning curve. They did just add an AI assistant that helps you write queries with it though, so I am excited to try it out the next time I need to research something! The customer service team is also very responsive when it comes to questions about queries or anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best thung is supports multiple type of inegration, easy to use, lot many sdk supports as weell. Currently I am working on multiple otel integration with eks, ec2, ecs , lambda etc. And the way its looks in grafana for metrics as well traces is really amazing. Apart from that I do use other inetegration too like kinesis, shipper etc and those are also amazing.Customer suppport for coralogix is really amazing, they available round the corner 24/7 and for this I would really give 5* compared to other products. For our monitoring perspective we do use this tool more often across our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From Documents perspective I feel its quite chalenging wgile doing implementation. And to be very frank struggled a lot for the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
