## About Coralogix
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing total cost of ownership by up to 70%. Coralogix stands out for its simple pricing model, based solely on data volume ingested and retained, and offers free, fast customer support with less than 30 second response time and 1 hour resolution time. Our platform covers the entire range of observability with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all streamlined for quick integration and immediate value. Components within the stream store the system state to provide stateful insights and real-time alerting without ever needing to index the data — so there are never any trade-offs to achieve observability. Once ingested, parsed, and enriched, data is written remotely to an archive bucket controlled by the client. The archive can be queried directly at any time, from the platform UI or via CLI, giving users infinite retention with full control over, and access to, their data. View and query your data from any dashboard using any syntax. Coralogix has successfully completed relevant security and privacy compliances by BDO including GDPR, SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, and ISO 27001/27701.

## Coralogix Reviews
  ### 1. Reliable Log Monitoring with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aayush M. | SDE-1

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

I love Coralogix for its integrations, which are incredibly helpful. The ability to manage costs via the TCO optimizer in subsystems is fantastic and aids in unit optimization. We also find it particularly useful for monitoring our metrics, which is a big help for our on-call team. Additionally, the seamless setup for new clusters allows us to easily create documentation with our different EKS setup. Being able to integrate Coralogix with AWS CloudTrail and mail alerts/PagerDuty adds a lot of value.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

Sometimes the website will just not load, and I have to wait quite a few times. Also, Metric Explorer sometimes crashes if it has a tad bit more data to share.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Coralogix for monitoring logs, alerting, and tracing, enhancing developer work and on-call team efficiency. It also optimizes costs with the TCO optimizer and integrates seamlessly.

  ### 2. Coralogix Game Changer Logging Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shakti V. | Software Development Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

I really liked using the coralogix because it was very easy to find the releavant logs by putting some easy query and it has got pagerduty integration also as well. Whenever there was any issue it was easy to contact them and they shared a fair response. It was easy to implement, I used very frequently to debug whenever I had any live issue or pd alert.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

Sometimes it was keeping the duplicate logs and it was redundant and using double tokens for some service, we couldn't find why exactly it was happening, otherwise rest was good.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing centralized logging system which make easy to debug any issue when there are a lot of microservices and it is having pagerduty support too, which enables to get alert whenever something is breaking. Otherwise we need to go to logs in k8s pods and setup other system to preserve the logs and keep them centralized.

  ### 3. User Sessions and Web Vitals helped us in UX insights and UI Bugs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal K. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

I am using Coralogix for last 6 Months. We are using RUM, user sessions and web vitals in our multi page react application. RUM has helped us in understanding real time user behaviour and experience.
By far this is my favourite part of Coralogix.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

I still have to find any issue with Coralogix. They even have features I didn't knew I needed.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a very long user onboarding journey spanning over 10+ screens with various logics and conditions. We were having a hard time in investing where and why are users dropping off. Are these tech issues or UX issues or any other reasons behind this.

Then we integrated Coralogix RUM into our app, now we can see real time videos of users interacting with our app. We identified multiple UX issues, a few implementation issues, a production bugs through this. We are also using these insights to make our app faster.

  ### 4. Efficient Alerting and Monitoring with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** swati c.

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

I really like how Coralogix lets us easily correlate logs, metrics, and traces all in one place. This is super helpful for debugging issues. It also cuts down the time spent switching between different tools since everything is in one place. The alerts are flexible and reliable, ensuring we get notified at the right time. Plus, the search and filtering capabilities are very strong. The initial setup was very easy and fast, which was a big plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

At times, searching through high-volume logs can lag slightly, especially during peak hours.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Coralogix for alerting, monitoring, and tracing production services. It helps debug issues and monitor resource usage. I like how it centralizes logs, metrics, and traces, saving time by reducing tool switching. The alerts are reliable, and the search and filtering are strong.

  ### 5. Reliable observability platform with quick support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanskar R. | Software Development Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

Coralogix provides excellent monitoring and alerting capabilities. The integration with Slack and PagerDuty ensures we never miss critical issues. The best part is the quick and responsive support from the Coralogix team over chat — issues get resolved almost instantly.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

1. Currently, it’s difficult to bulk edit alerts (for example, adding or removing a label across multiple alerts at once). Having this feature would make managing large alert sets much more efficient.

2. Sometimes it takes time to reload page, looks like it hanged.

3. More features needed in Alerts section.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Coralogix to monitor databases, Kafka, cache performance, and API errors across our services. It has improved real-time visibility, reduced incident resolution time, and helped us detect anomalies proactively. The dashboards give us actionable insights and the alerting system has made our operations much more reliable.

  ### 6. Cheap, but Buggy and Half-Baked Releases Make Upgrades Feel Like Beta Tests

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

The price is quite cheap and there is support that is generally available, which is good as you'll be using them quite a lot.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

It is incredibly buggy, features and releases are half baked, every upgrade is beta testing their code and it often fails and we have to rollback. It is no where near as intuitive or easy to use as other OBS platforms.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're currently sending, logs, traces, metrics, and profiling to coralogix.

  ### 7. Platform with Real-Time Insights & Smart Cost Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuval S. | Operations Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

Coralogix offers an exceptionally fast and intuitive platform for logs, metrics, and traces. We ingest ~500 GB of logs per day across 200+ microservices running in AWS EKS, and their real‑time indexing and alerting engine surfaces anomalies in under 5 seconds. The ML‑based anomaly detection has flagged two production incidents in the past quarter before our clients noticed any degradation. The TCO Optimizer lets us tier older logs into archival storage without sacrificing searchability, reducing our observability bill by over 30 % in six months. Integration with AWS CloudWatch, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Slack was seamless, and dashboards can be fully customized with drill‑down filters.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

The learning curve for advanced features—custom parsing pipelines, data enrichment rules and the REST API—can be steep. The documentation often covers basic use cases well but lacks deeper, end‑to‑end examples for non‑standard workflows (e.g. parsing syslog from third‑party firewalls). The mobile app is functional for on‑call alert acknowledgments but doesn’t support building or editing dashboards on the go.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Coralogix to unify logs, metrics, and traces under one roof. It’s helped us cut logging costs by over 40%, improved MTTR with real-time alerts and correlation, and enabled better cross-team collaboration with granular access controls. The platform is stable, scalable, and very developer-friendly once set up properly.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

very snappy and comprehensive about what we can do query-wise, even if the queries are not that optimised.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

no options to view log streams in plain text, sometimes unstructured logs are needed.

the main logs window is smaller than the rest of clutter which should automatically collapse

cant name a perma log and add to bookmark intuitively. like service-abc-issue-x logs at end would help

automatically recognize log fields, main content column width is same as timestamp, which is not as useful

user based hint prompts to use the platform better. like if it notices me take a clunkier route to do a thing, suggest better way, or nudge me towards features that are useful but im not using. like "hey! try using fast mode"

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting logs as fast as server terminal.
helping in releases
helping debug issues

  ### 19. Streamlined Logging & Monitoring with Excellent Support

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

I like how easy it was to get started. The documentation is clear, and integration with my Node.js application went smoothly. The dashboards are user-friendly, and I can easily track logs and traces in one place.
The most helpful part is how everything is centralized. I can search logs, monitor performance, and set alerts without jumping between tools. It saves time and helps me quickly spot and fix issues. Their support was also responsive when I had questions.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

Some advanced features took a bit of time to understand, especially around custom queries and alerting fully. It would be helpful to have more beginner-friendly examples for those. The UI can initially feel slightly overwhelming if you're new to observability platforms.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 26. Amazing Partnership.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis E. | Platform Engineering Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

Setting the technology aside (which is fantastic, btw) we were looking for a long term, strategic partner to help us grow our Observability practices. Coralogix has stepped into that role in a huge way, and we are just starting our journey.

As we have onboarded, migrated from a previous provider, consolidated multiple tools to one open source standard with no vendor lock in, oriented teams, provided training & webinars, and technical expertise all the way to "hands on keyboard" -- the relationship has been amazing.

We are on the fast track to unlocking Business Value from Observability practices, and in a world where ROI is all that matters, we can't wait for what's next.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

Our challenges have not been with Coralogix, they have been with some of the capabilities of OTEL. With that being said, the open source nature of the OTEL community allowed us to raise our concerns and those concerns were met with the desire to "find it and fix it". We will run into issues like this and it's great to get them solved by the owners of the product.

There sure is something to be said about the community approach to software development.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No one cares about Observability — this was a conversation I had. What businesses do care about is how we can better our customers' bottom line and experience. **What do you like best about Coralogix?**

We’ve been using Coralogix for a long time now, and it has been a game-changer for our log management and observability. From day one, the UI is intuitive and easy to navigate, with almost a negligible learning curve. It’s a breath of fresh air for teams looking to get up and running quickly without spending hours on training.

One of the standout features for us is how well Coralogix scales to meet our growing needs. Whether it's a small project or a large-scale system, it has performed seamlessly and continues to support our expanding infrastructure. The platform’s robust set of tools has made it incredibly easy to track logs and monitor systems without any hiccups.

Coralogix also integrates effortlessly with PagerDuty, allowing us to set up alerts for any application and ensuring that we're notified of any issues immediately. This has been invaluable for staying proactive and addressing problems before they escalate.

Another key feature I appreciate is the SQL-like querying structure, which makes the platform super intuitive for our software developers. It allows us to dig deep into logs and get the information we need with minimal effort.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

While it is good for a large scale organization like ours. it might be a little expensive for small enterprises.
While Coralogix generally performs well, there are occasional delays when querying very large datasets. Depending on the complexity of the logs and queries, this can sometimes lead to slower-than-expected results.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps make logs a first class entity for an application and hence is helping developer find/optimize potential issues in the system.

  ### 35. Efficient log management , but finding docs feels like a treasure hunt with no map.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thakur G. | Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

The best part about Coralogix is the variety of query mechanisms, making it a powerful tool for frequent log analysis and monitoring. Their real-time support team is responsive, and while it may take some time to get a solution, they do come through with a fix. The range of REST APIs is also impressive, allowing for flexible integrations across different use cases.

In terms of ease of use, once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes a reliable solution for real-time log processing. However, navigating the tiered structure and finding the right configurations can feel like a puzzle at times. For frequent users, Coralogix proves to be an efficient platform, provided you’re willing to spend time understanding its query mechanisms and available features.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

The biggest drawback of Coralogix is its limited documentation, which makes implementation more challenging. Important details, such as field descriptions and allowed values, are often missing or unclear, requiring constant reliance on chat support for even minor queries. Additionally, some REST APIs lack pagination, making data retrieval inefficient and difficult to manage at scale. One major issue with the DataPrime Query API is that if the response contains 300 logs, it returns three separate JSON arrays instead of a single JSON object. This causes problems in automation, as many scripts or tools may only process the first JSON array, ignoring the rest. A properly structured JSON object would significantly improve integration and ease of use.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an SDET, Coralogix helps me go through logs efficiently, making it easier to trace issues, debug failures, and monitor system behavior in real time. The different query mechanisms allow quick data extraction, and the REST APIs make it flexible to automate log analysis.

I’ve also built a framework around Coralogix using its REST APIs, which helps automate log retrieval, filtering, and validation. This has made troubleshooting much faster and reduced manual effort. While the documentation could be better and some API responses aren’t the easiest to work with, once set up properly, Coralogix has been useful in improving test stability and catching issues early.

**Reviewed by:** Keshav B. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

The quick search provides a great experience to the developers to debug the issue way faster. Apart from that, I like the concept of logs parsing by which we can sample logs and send many of them to archive S3 bucket.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

There is nothing particular about dislike. I feel many features are built in a way to ease developer's experience.

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have so many k8s pods running in production which contain the logs needed for the debugging issues. I like the way coralogix accumulates all these logs in one place from all pods and stores it for days for search. It's a goto portal for me and most of the members from the team to debug any kind of issues - coralogix has been very beneficial to quickly identify which help mitigate the issue

  ### 41. Coralogix - My partner in assisting operational chores

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil b. | SDE-3, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Coralogix?**

I have been using coralogix for multiple use cases, starting from configuring alerting, customized dashboards to analyze various metrices, observing APM post deployment, analyzing logs to debug issues, and more.

I personally liked the ease to do all of them over coralogix. Prominent factor for me around exploring coralogix, is 24*7 customer support, where people are there to guide & clear my queries.

I keep attending their webinars as well, where they share about the new features being introduced.

Moreover, its integration over slack channel, is also very smooth, with few clicks and all done.

**What do you dislike about Coralogix?**

I would not say, I dislike anything. Rather it’s more of improvements, which may be done by coralogix team.

So, few things, which I feel may be worked upon are
- Ease of creating custom dashboards from existing metrics. Rather than copying queries and using them in my dashboard, just having drag and drop functionality would be to much help.
- Correlation of request flow among multiple services, seems to have scope of improvement, as compared to new relic service
- Any simpler way to download only useful data from logs, rather than complete set of logs, with so much un necessary information. Like, if I need a set of particular order id from all the logs, to be downloaded. I could not find any straight forward way to do so

**What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, its helping with
- Alerting: Automatic notification where something fails in production
- Custom Dashboard: To have other useful metrices at one place
- APM: Analyse prominient metrices during downtime or post deployment observability
- Logs analysis: Ease to analyse the issue in production
