Whenever there was any issue it was easy to contact them and they shared a fair response. It was easy to implement, I used very frequently to debug whenever I had any live issue or pd alert. **What do you dislike about Coralogix?** Sometimes it was keeping the duplicate logs and it was redundant and using double tokens for some service, we couldn't find why exactly it was happening, otherwise rest was good. **What problems is Coralogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is providing centralized logging system which make easy to debug any issue when there are a lot of microservices and it is having pagerduty support too, which enables to get alert whenever something is breaking.
