What do you like best about Contlo?

Have been using Contlo for more than 7 months now and can easily say it is an effective tool for executing and analysing you Retention Campaigns.

Have been able to scale the repeat numbers effectively. Automations are easy to make and gives the best results.

What do you dislike about Contlo?

We felt for marketing campaigns contlo is good to reach out the audience in an effective manner. Very ease to reach out the team for the support. What do you dislike about Contlo?

in conversations we feel some of the basic features are missing in contlo. Contlo conversation is very basic. After marketing campaigns tracking is not proper. The contlo integrated Ai is not that much good.Sometimes we faced issues in integration but it got rectified by the Support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Contlo?

The great thing about the contlo is the omni-channel services provided under the one hood. There is no need to have multiple apps or subscriptions. We can manage the WhatsApp campaign, email, SMS, and push from one dashboard. It supports other Shopify and 3rd party apps to make things aligned. AI features help you get the most out of it.

The onboarding team will keep taking care of the things, whether it's the Shopify thing or campaign-related or new features that need to be explored, they will arrange the meetings in suitable slots.

Earlier I had some queries which the Contlo Support Team helped a lot. They help us to get the blue tick, catalog syncing, WhatsApp campaign, Shopify integration, etc. Pricing is good in this segment and will recommended to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contlo?

What do you like best about Contlo?

What do you like best about Contlo?

User friendly, Quick installation, Comes with lots of automation options, Can be esy intergrated with shopify and other softwares for targetting untapped data. Integration support and navigating through the dashboard is very good.

Customer support team goes above and beyond to solve the issues.

Email template customisation is above the charts.

What do you like best about Contlo?

Contlo has been an amazing CRM tool for our retention activities. We have all channel (Email/ SMS/ Push) enabled from here. The integration was smooth and support is always available. We saw huge growth in repeat rate after building the automations and campaign flows here. We use almost daily, and the UI is extremely friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
