What do you like best about Bloomreach?

Haven't given a 10, because nobody is perfect!

The response on live chat is usually pretty swift which is great. You can ask all kinds of things and they'll try to help. Usually the answer is clear and gets you back on track.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Sometimes I don't feel confident in the answer from - either in my understanding of the way they try to explain something, or that they truly understand it themselves!

What do you like best about Bloomreach?

The reporting ability as well as the onhand support for every issue you may face. They are very quick at getting back to you and are able to escalate as/when needed if they are unable to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

The lack of a voucher generator, such as is available in Klaviyo was a frustration of ours, although our CSM was able to point us the right direction of an excellent app to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bloomreach are helping us provide the C-suite reporting and analytics that GA4 fell way short of. We now also use the platform for all on-site data collection, the custom weblayers offer a seamless experience for both us and the user, allowing us to collect email, phone, and key demographic data that aids us in growing audience lists and the intelligence of our reporting. What do you like best about Bloomreach?

What I like the most about Bloomreach Discovery is how easy it is to use! The intuitive dashboard makes it easy to pull reports and re-merchandise assortments. The dashboard provides the necessary tools any merchandiser would need to make data-driven decisions to better leverage their e-commerce KPIs and provide the best-in-class shopping experience to customers. What do you like best about Bloomreach?

Bloomreach's offers a ton of flexibility, reducing the need to invest in multiple invididual tools meaning improved cost efficiences and increased speed from insight to action, as we're able to analyse and execute on multiple channels, all from the same platform. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

For new users Bloomreach can be a bit of a learning curve but it's a worthwhile investment of time and they offer plenty of training opportunities and resources. Their public knowledgebase is also incredibly helpful as a user, but also while we were vetting Bloomreach against other providers as it gave us a good overview of what's actually possible within the tool. What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bloomreach has helped us gain a much deeper understanding of our customers including their behavioural patterns and preferences through its single customer view, and personalise their experience using the same tool. This was especially important for us as we were previously using multiple tools for difference purproses and the integrations between each were proving limited and highly time consuing to maintain. It's helped us scale our e-commerce growth across our multiple brands, markets, categories, and customer segments and track performance against our core KPIs in real-time. It's an integrated, all-in-one service that functions as a CRM, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Database, Website Testing, Segmentation and so much more.
