What do you like best about Bloomreach?

For me it's the best tool I ever tried. Marketing flows can be personalized down to the smallest detail for specific target groups. Every idea in a CRM manager's head can be implemented. Bloomreach Support is a great help here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- no chance to change the html code of the survey function

Bloomreach enables us a bundled communication to our customers through various channels (website, e-mail, customer portal). Futher we have different target groups with different restrictions in communications (depends from which channel the customer came from). Bloomreach is perfect for handle these cases. What do you like best about Bloomreach?

We like the scope of Exponea's capabilities. We can create the scenarios we need and target the right audiences easily. The user interface is nice to work with, and looks clean. We're also happy with the quality and quantity of product documentation, which makes it easier to use the platform. And Exponea Academy has been very helpful for getting us up to speed with Exponea quickly. What do you dislike about Bloomreach?

Although the documentation goes over the most commonly used use cases, it would be nice to have those as predefined templates in the actual product. We would like to have more templates for the most common email campaigns, scenarios, and use cases. It would be nice to only have to click a button and implement a use case. The documentation and Exponea Academy are a good substitute for now, but that's what we would like to see changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloomreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Exponea to manage all our email campaigns to our database, and it's been great for that. Since we help with the development of young people, we often need to get consent from their parents before they come to our events or complete applications for our programs on our website. For us the core functionality of Bloomreach is direct messaging to customers, data management for advertising audiences and personalization. This solves a lot of things, some obvious like the newsletters, sms etc., some less obvious like connecting to several ad platforms with always up-to-date data. Personalization is also a key thing.
