What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Bigin is power packed with the essential features required for a compact CRM. A single account gives a 360 degree view of the customers.

It's 'Email-in' feature converts all incoming team emails to CI records.

File Cabinet secures files & documents within begin & also generates a portal for the customers to upload their documents.

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Bigin lacks advanced automation capabilities of Zoho CRM.

Creation of 'Toppings' & 'Custom Components' requires coding knowledge.

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

It’s missing the ability to book a time slot via email (a built-in Calendly-style feature would be amazing).

I’d love to customize the column headers in Kanban view to show fields specific to my business.

Bigin by Zoho CRM helps me streamline and simplify my sales process without the complexity of a full-scale CRM.

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

I've been contacted a couple of times over the past couple of years by G2 and Bigin by Zoho. My previous experience using them was horrendous. I've signed up for a trial and given them a few days and I'm happy to report that they've made HUGE progress with their support team and so I am rewriting my review to reflect these improvements.

I originally tried Bigin because as a solopreneur it seemed the perfect cost-effective solution. It provides an extraordinary set of features in all of their plans, even their free one, which gives solo operators and startups a good way to try out all that they have to offer.

And what a set of features! Excellent contact management, a lead pipeline, built-in contact form, and automations. There may not be enough features to satisfy a large corporation's needs, but for small agencies and solopreneurs like me, it's ideal.

More impressively, their support offerings are far better than before: chat (during certain hours), email, Zoom, screen share... all of these are available now. And the two times I've needed assistance it's been prompt and friendly. This is a DRASTIC turnaround from three years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

There are a few drawbacks that I wish they would address: the Google integration is limited. Gmail and contact sync works okay, but not having full 2-way sync with multiple Google Calendars is a drawback. I don't understand why not, since both my previous CRM and my project management software manage to nail this (and they're both small startups, bootstrap businesses without the benefit of a parent corporation like Zoho to absorb the cost).

This makes their new booking page unusable for me since their booking agent can't "see" my other appointments and calendar entries. It will only work with Bigin-created events. You also can't customize the response email or where the customer goes after booking a slot -- it just leaves them abandoned on the Thank You page. Bummer.

But this is a new feature so I'm hoping they'll address these issues in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bigin is providing a more user-friendly client relationship platform for my training services. I use Systeme.io for my webpage, funnel pages, and courses, but Bigin is a far better app for keeping up with and servicing my individual clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are running a small or two maize businesses and want a CRM that just works by Zoho is Perfect from Smart work flows to effortless contact management. It has everything you need without being complicated. What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

Easy to use. GREAT mobile app. We adopted quickly.

We have been using Bigin for about a month. We used SalesForce in the past, but it was just too much to manage and way too expensive. We love how easy Bigin is to use! And the mobile app is amazing. My team started using @bigin within a few minutes. Great product and affordable too.

i was very easy to implement and our team is using all daily, both desktop and mobile.
