I loved the simplicity of the CRM. This is for all businesses and anyone can easily understand the platform. A clean dashboard to see the updates related to the deals. There is nothing much that I disliked but the telephony needs improvements. The call lags sometimes and the dialer needs a makeover. Recommendations to others considering Bigin by Zoho CRM: I recommend this CRM for very small businesses who need to manage the data and need a clear oversight of their business. This is really helpful rather than managing a spreadsheet. After implementing Zoho, I have seen a better tracking of deals in comparison to the spreadsheets. What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Zoho bigin is solving a lot of problems for us. Creating a track of each deal from discovery to won/lost and giving us a clear oversight of the pipeline. We are managing our data on the platform.
