The value for money is unmatched. You get pipeline management, contact tracking, email integration, and workflow automation without the bloated price tag of something like Salesforce or HubSpot. The interface is clean and easy to adopt — no lengthy onboarding needed.

**What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?**

Some of the more advanced features you'd find in enterprise CRMs aren't there, but honestly that's the tradeoff for the price. For what we need, it more than delivers.

We needed a proper CRM without the overhead costs that come with most platforms. Bigin lets us stay organized, manage our pipeline, and keep the team aligned — all without breaking the budget. For cost-conscious small businesses, it's hard to beat.

The interface is easy to use, but the settings are robust, giving admins a lot of control. It's simple structure is perfect for our small team, not needing constant upgrades and new additions.

It can be a bit 'upgrade' heavy, where certain things require an upgrade or an additional cost. For example, the meeting pages are a fantastic benefit but you can only get one until you get to a much pricier plan, or if you purchase them separately.

**What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bigin is replacing Hubspot for our small team, because it was too complex and expensive for what we need. It's simplifying our CRM workflows by forcing the workflow into a Pipeline model, and consolidating our contacts into companies.

Bigin is designed to be "plug-and-play," which means it is rigid. If your business has a very unique or complex workflow, you might find that you can't change certain fields or layouts to match your exact needs. You are essentially forced to work the "Bigin way."

Its automation and reminders ensure timely follow-ups, and the mobile app helps our on-field sales team stay updated in real time. Overall, it has streamlined our client management and helped us close deals faster with better coordination.

It offers exactly the right set of functionalities to track our daily activities, and my team found it extremely easy to use. The support has also been outstanding - whenever I’ve needed help, the support widget has provided quick and effective solutions.  

Highly recommend BIGIN to any team looking for a simple yet powerful CRM!

The mobile app lacks a few filters, but this isn't a major issue for me.

We had been exploring different CRM options for quite some time, but most either came with too many unnecessary features or lacked the essentials we needed. Another major challenge we faced was team adoption.  

With BIGIN, that completely changed. It offers exactly the right set of functionalities to track our daily activities, and my team found it extremely easy to use.

Bigin is extremely simple to use and perfect for small teams. The pipeline view is clean, the mobile app is fast, and follow-up reminders, calling, WhatsApp and email integration make daily sales work much easier. Implementation is quick and requires no technical skills, which makes onboarding very smooth for the team.

**What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?**

Some workflow automations are limited compared to full-featured CRMs, and a few advanced reporting options could be improved. Integrations with more third-party tools would make it even stronger. But overall, these are manageable issues.

Bigin helps us organize all leads, customer conversations and follow-ups in one place. Earlier everything was scattered in calls, WhatsApp and spreadsheets, which caused missed follow-ups. Now the pipeline is completely visible, tasks are structured, and customer response time has improved. It has made our sales tracking far more systematic and reliable.

I like the great customization Bigin by Zoho CRM offers and how intuitive it is to use. We can tailor the existing structure to fit our specific business needs and nomenclature. I also appreciate the ability to create unique stages in our pipeline and add tags to track specific customer types. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and was completed within a matter of hours.

**What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?**

The email functionality could be improved, especially the ability to send mass emails to a group of customers in different stages of a pipeline. We would like if we could email customers in one pipeline stage, and email another set of customers in another stage separately. Right now we can only email customers one at a time, all together, or by grouping them manually.

What we like most about Bigin by Zoho CRM is its simplicity and clarity. It allows us to manage both leads and channel partners on a single platform without complexity. The pipeline view makes it very easy to track lead movement, partner activity, and loan disbursal progress. We can clearly monitor team performance, partner-generated leads, and overall business flow in real time. It is easy to use, well-organized, and perfectly suited for growing loan and finance businesses.

Currently, there are limited advanced customization and reporting options compared to full-scale CRMs. Some automation features are basic, and deeper analytics would be helpful as the business scales. However, for small to mid-sized teams, Bigin still performs very well and keeps the CRM simple and easy to manage.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is solving our lead management and partner tracking challenges. Earlier, it was difficult to monitor leads, follow-ups, disbursals, and partner performance in one place. With Bigin, we can easily track how many leads are generated, how many are converted into disbursals, how many new partners are onboarded, and how many leads each partner brings. This has improved transparency, team accountability, and overall operational efficiency for our loan business.

I liked the ease of set-up, and we have a pretty heavily custom set-up. It's easy for our team to add and manage opportunities in the pipeline. I also really like the visual drag and drop, and the pricing.

Setup process was a little challenging and there were some bugs, but once I got through it it works perfectly.

Automations anyone can set up — follow-ups, tasks, emails, all no-drama.

Smooth imports — data mapping is clear and organized.

All-in-one communication — calls, emails, and web forms live inside the CRM.

**What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?**

A cap on custom fields: You’re limited to 50 custom fields, (Bigin 360 level) and only one formula custom field can be used to trigger another formula field.

Limited automation/workflow depth: You’ll find basic “if this, then that” rules, but not deep conditional logic or multi-step automations.

It’s still a little too expensive for what you get at this tier.

It let us move off an outdated Microsoft database and into a modern CRM without breaking the budget. Bigin was the most affordable option that still gave us proper pipelines, organized data, and a smoother day-to-day workflow.

The software is a SaaS-based application that is similar to Pipedrive, with the same functionalities—or even more advanced options—especially when it comes to integrations with other applications in the Zoho environment or any other API-enabled application.

It’s more focused on deal management and feels like a simpler version of Zoho CRM. It does have a few limitations right now, but those may get resolved with regular updates. Overall, it’s a strong competitor to applications like Pipedrive and others.

The user interface is simple but effective, on both desktop and mobile apps. I value the customer support, as they're always ready to help with anything. The dashboard is simple and clear, you find your way around right away and there is no long learning curve. There is enough time to test everything. It was so easy to implement that we managed it right away without customer support. It is in use daily. If something doesn't work, we will gladly test the customer support. The integration of the own domain and company email address works immediately and quickly.
