I love Bigin because it is NOT complex in the slightest. I actually love it's simplicity and clean UI. It's so easy to integrate too. I've used other CRMs with multiple bells and whistles but I've always been put off using them consistently. Since I came across Bigin and started using it, I actually want to use it daily and see my pipeline grow. One thing is for sure I will be telling other people who struggle to adopt CRMs to give Bigin a try. I'm glad I came across it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of now, I would have loved for my emails I send via Bigin to be visisble in gmail sent folder too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's affordable, and it offers CRM and Helpdesk functionality in one product, which is a great deal for a small team. Additionally, it's pretty simple to use. I use it on a daily basis, and it's been working just great for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I experience consistent issue with my Bigin - Mailchimp integration. Once I set up my MC - Bigin integration, it keeps breaking once in a while. And even though the Bigin team is being supportive, it breaks consistency in my marketing activites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bigin CRM is incredibly simple to use, making it an excellent choice for businesses of any size. The user-friendly interface allows you to manage contacts, deals, and tasks effortlessly, even if you’re new to CRM systems. What truly sets Bigin apart is the exceptional support from the team. They are always available to help with any questions or issues, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Overall, Bigin CRM is a great tool that simplifies your customer relationship management and offers top-notch service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the most useful features are available in the premier version only which is a little expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to beat for the price. I am moving over from Hubspot after years of happily using their excellent free service. When I looked at upgrading Hubspot, I found that the USD100 p/m price they charge is the same as 1 FULL YEAR of Bigin.
For a Solopreneur like me, I need to save money & streamline my workflows wherever I can, so this just makes more sense for me.
Thanks for a long & happy time HubSpot – I’ll never forget you, but it’s time for me to move on x Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if they had a dark mode or choice of different colour templates – green is a funny colour for business.
Also I want to be able to generate & send quotes & invoices directly from Bigin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Use Cases and Deployment Scope:
We are an IT services and operations company, and we started using Bigin to streamline our sales process and manage customer interactions. After evaluating several CRM solutions, Bigin stood out for its simplicity and ease of use. It has been a game-changer in helping us track each stage of our sales pipeline, ensuring that communication between our sales, vendor, and accounts teams is always organized and up-to-date. Bigin has greatly improved internal coordination and made it easy to manage leads and customer follow-ups efficiently.
Pros and Cons:
Seamless to implement and adapt
- Excellent for tracking multiple stages of sales processes
- Improves team communication and workflow management Improvements
- One feature that would enhance the experience even further is an option to upload
documents, files, or images directly within the platform, which could help with
managing supporting materials like quotes and invoices.
Likelihood to Recommend:
For companies like ours in IT services, Bigin is a highly recommended CRM. Its intuitive interface and powerful automation make it an excellent choice for managing customer interactions and optimizing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Limited document management: There isn’t an integrated option to upload and store supporting documents (e.g., quotes, invoices, or contracts) directly within the CRM, which would be helpful for a more streamlined workflow.
- Basic reporting features: While the reporting tools are easy to use, they can feel limited for more advanced needs. For larger teams or those needing deeper analytics, the customization options might seem constrained.
- Scalability: Bigin works well for smaller businesses or startups, but as operations grow, companies may outgrow its feature set, especially if complex workflows are required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very well designed CRM, great visually too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The limitations on records is too low and doe's not scale well. It should increase withthe number of users (considering you are paying for it) as the 100k gets diluted so quickly when that becomes shared with multiple users. Your essentially paying for another seat with zero added benefit for the cost.
The IMAP limitation to one per user is absurd too. For any organization with multiple sending domains this is a huge isssue. Other CRMs understand this and it is something ZOHO should change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most interesting point of the Bigin CRM is the backbone of Zoho company. We used Zoho services a few years back dn now back again with their by-product Bigin. We loved the pricing point of the Bigin CRM for small businesses in education, Real estate, and many other domains.
We are into education and we loved the simple UI of the CRM without any confusion and very easy to see all the info at once glance as a report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like Zoho, if Bigin also came with some AI features it would help us with quick information from Ai inbuild and some Ai automation processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use and customisable pipelines. Great CRM for lead management. Reasonably priced, doesnt have all the unnecessary bells and whistles some other CRMs have warranting a hefty price. Good for SMBs. My organisation needed a simple way to create pipelines for leads, deals and eventually procurement orders. Bigin accommodates for just those needs. Most features my team requires are available on the express (lowest tier) subscription. However certain useful features such as date/time triggered automation and 10+ custom fields on pipeline records are only available in the next tier (premier). You may quickly find yourself paying double in subscription costs to accomodate for business requirements - however still affordable compared to alternatives. As a small business owner, finding the right CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution can be a daunting task. However, after discovering Bigin by Zoho, I'm pleased to say that my search is over. Bigin is a fantastic CRM application designed specifically for small businesses, offering a wide range of features and benefits.
One of the standout features of Bigin is its user-friendly interface. The intuitive design makes it easy for anyone to navigate and utilize the various tools and functions, even if they have no prior experience with CRM software. This ease of use has allowed my team to quickly adopt the platform and start managing our customer relationships more effectively.
Bigin offers a comprehensive set of features that cater to the needs of small businesses. From contact and deal management to sales pipelines and automation, this CRM has it all. The platform seamlessly integrates with other Zoho applications, such as Zoho Mail and Zoho Invoice, providing a cohesive ecosystem that streamlines our business processes.
What I appreciate most about Bigin is its affordability. Unlike many other CRM solutions on the market, Bigin offers a competitive pricing structure that doesn't break the bank. This accessibility makes it an ideal choice for small businesses looking to optimize their customer relationship management without incurring excessive costs.
The mobile app for Bigin is another great asset. It allows my team to access customer information, update deals, and communicate with clients on the go. The app is well-designed and offers a smooth user experience, ensuring that we can stay connected and productive even when away from the office.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Bigin by Zoho to any small business looking for a powerful, user-friendly, and affordable CRM solution. It has revolutionized the way we manage our customer relationships and has contributed to the growth and success of our business. If you're in the market for a CRM that caters specifically to the needs of small businesses, Bigin is definitely worth considering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Basic reporting capabilities: While Bigin offers a set of built-in reports and dashboards, some users feel that the reporting features are basic and may not provide the depth of insights or customization options they require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about a Bigin is its ability to centralize data, making it easy to manage and track interactions, and streamline communication—all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One drawback of Bigin is its limited advanced features, which may not fully meet the needs of larger teams or businesses with complex CRM requirements. For our team, it's been great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
