What I like best about Bigin is that it is simple and easy to use. It helps us keep our leads and follow ups organized without making the process feel heavy. At JLP GLOBAL, it has been useful because we manage different types of opportunities, and Bigin gives us a clear view of where each lead stands and what needs to happen next. For the price, it offers very good value.

There is not much we dislike, but some integrations and automations can take a bit of testing to set up correctly. The main CRM is simple and easy to use, but when connecting it with external tools, the process is not always as intuitive. Previously, inquiries from website forms, social media, WhatsApp, and referrals were managed across different tools, making it difficult to track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

With Bigin, we are able to organize leads through customizable pipelines, assign ownership to team members, track activities, and maintain visibility into the status of every opportunity. I love that Bigin eliminates the complexity of traditional CRMs. Its clean interface allows me to focus on what's important: managing families, not sales.

Sometimes it is difficult to adapt native terminology (such as 'Deals' or 'Sales') to non-commercial processes, like admission to an educational institution. It would be great to have predefined industry templates to change the language easily.

Before Bigin, the enrollment requests were scattered across emails and spreadsheets, creating visual clutter and the risk of losing vital information from families.

**What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?**

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic Where I handle patient consultations and follow ups, and also create health education content online where people reach out to me. What I like best about Bigin is that it keeps things simple but still gives proper control over my daily work. The pipeline view is very useful for me, I can see each patient in different stages like consultation, diet plan, and follow up, so I don’t miss anything. It is not complicated like other CRM tools, I did not feel confused while using it, everything is clear and easy to manage.

i also like that I can keep Notes, set follow up tasks, and track communication in the same place. This helps me during busy hours because I don’t have to check different apps or remember everything manually. It supports my daily work without adding extra load.

Another good thing is that it works smoothly and does not feel heavy. Features are focused and practical, not too many unnecessary options. It fits well for my type of work where I need simple tracking, follow ups, and basic management in one place. Overall it feels more practical and easy compared to bigger CRM tools which are too complex for daily use.

**What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?**

I noticed customization feels a bit limited when I try to make very specific changes, like adjusting layout or fields exactly the way I want. For normal daily use it works fine, but for more detailed control it can feel a little restricted. Also on mobile it works well for basic use, but sometimes checking or editing full details on a small screen feels a bit less comfortable, especially when there are more entries. Apart from these small points, it works smooth and supports regular work without any major issue.

it help me solve the problem of managing patient details and follow ups in one place. Earlier I was keeping things in notes or messages, which was confusing and sometimes I miss follow up. Now with pipeline I can see clearly which patient is in which stage, so my work become more clear. It also help me reduce manual work because I can add tasks and set follow up reminders, so I don’t need to remember everything. This save time and make daily work more smooth.

All details like contact, notes and communication stay in one place, so I don’t have to check different apps again and again. It make my work more organized and easy to handle. Overall it help me manage follow ups better, avoid confusion and keep my daily work simple and under control.

We recently started using Zoho Bigin CRM for managing enquiries and student interactions at Sankhyiki, and the experience so far has been very smooth.

What we really like about Bigin is its simplicity. Unlike many CRMs that feel complicated and overwhelming, Bigin is extremely easy to set up and start using. The pipeline view makes it very intuitive to track leads from enquiry to conversion, which is very helpful for an education business like ours where we deal with a large number of student queries.

I can create various pipelines depending on location or property type, which is really handy. It's made following up way easier and addressed the issues I had with inventory tracking and task reminders before. I also appreciate the accessibility on the mobile app, which makes my life really helpful. The initial setup was very easy and self-guiding, especially with the sample videos.

To begin with, its built-in data statistics and report generation capabilities are far too basic to satisfy our business analysis needs. At present, it only supports several simple fixed data sheets, with no support for flexible multi-dimensional data filtering, segmented customer grouping statistics and visualized business trend charts. We often need to sort out regional client distribution, monthly business inquiry volume, order conversion rate and long-term client cooperation cycle data, yet we cannot directly create these targeted professional reports within the system. We have to manually export all original data and reorganize and calculate everything in spreadsheets afterwards, which wastes a large amount of extra sorting time and lowers our overall work efficiency greatly. Secondly, it lacks targeted functional designs tailored for cross-border foreign trade scenarios. As we are mainly engaged in import and export business, we need to classify clients by different countries, regions and overseas markets, and also distinguish different business types and cooperation levels in batches. However, Bigin does not provide dedicated regional classification tags and unified foreign trade business custom fields, making it difficult for us to quickly screen and manage grouped overseas customers in batches. It also has no special entry to record international shipping terms, customs related information and cross-border quotation rules, so we still have to record these key business details separately elsewhere.

We use Bigin by Zoho CRM to gather all overseas client profiles, communication logs, quotation records and order progress details into one unified platform. It completely replaces our old way of managing customer resources with scattered local documents and messy spreadsheets. 2. The native webforms are a bit too basic for my liking. They lack conditional logic (e.g., showing or hiding questions based on a previous answer) and do not have built-in translation features for multi-language support.

To be honest this is the first CRM I'm using but its definitely more convenient that Google Sheets. You can automate actions such as emails and reminders. As you'd expect, it has a dashboard to show you to display KPIs and the like.

I booked a 30-minute demo and their Presales Engineer was helpful in showing me how to use it. I think there's still a lot of features to discover.

**What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?**

In terms of implementation and integration, the importing is a little complicated when it comes to field mapping. The modules (Companies, Contacts, Deals), could be a streamlined a little more. For our intents and purposes, it would be much more useful to have them all in the same block of information rather than separating them, but I do understand that this compartmentalisation is essential for some businesses.
