I have been using BambooHR for the past 3 years and it has been a very good experience so far. The things that I like about BambooHR are:
I can easily apply for leave and also see my colleagues who are on leave and what holidays are coming up. I also like the directory option where I can see my whole organization and their professional information. I also like the feature about posting jobs and its job portal features where I can see all the applicants' information and from there itself I can select or reject candidates for the next rounds. I use it on regular basis and also integrated with Slack so that I get notified about any new notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like all the features it has right now, but I think it can add some default messages for sick leaves or any leaves so that we can use it without having to write it ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BambooHR has been useful for the management of personnel in the company, we were able to identify and adjust the platform to our needs in the company, the modules of performance evaluation and time off request, are the most used and useful sections, in addition we also believe very useful the ability to upload documents, in general we are satisfied over more than 5 years using this platform. Lack of options. When you reach a certain amount of users, it quickly has its limitations.
e.g. 1) employees on parental leave can't be put on hold. Needs to be terminated or remains active. Thus, vacation continues to accrue.

As an organization, I love that BambooHR is our one stop shop for everything. We do all hiring, onboarding, employee documents, policies, and more through Bamboo! It is easy for our employees to navigate and to use, which is the best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to communicate easier all of the information about my employees. It is possible to email all of our employees in one system and let them know anything that is going on. The time keeping system needs to have more options available to users such as automatic lunches or breaks to be put into timesheets. I would like the ability to attach videos to the onboarding section. The timekeeping system needs to have geo-fencing!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Bamboo HR is that I can easily clock in and out, schedule time off for review, and view other users time off on the company calender to know how to plan. I would say the only downside that I've experienced is that sometimes the site can have trouble loading or produce an error message and I will have to restart the app, which can be frustrating if I'm trying to clock in quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
