It's easy to use as an employer as well as employee with the Google SSO. I only use it with salaried employees, so I can't speak to how this performs with hourly employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This might just be an admin setting, but as a global company, dates are shown throughout Bamboo with one specific date format. Therefore, if your admin chooses to show dates DD/MM/YY but you are used to seeing MM/DD/YY, it can cause errors if someone's date of birth is taken from there and entered into another application wrong by swapping the days for the month. Almost nothing. Bamboo doesn't allow much customization. I guess the employees could sign documents but only from a computer, not their phones. It sends them a welcome email but isn't super customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything! Huge issues with storage once we grew so the system would just stop working without notice. Employees had to have access to a computer to fill out documents. It has to be one of the worst HRIS systems on the market and it's definitely not cheap. Shopping for a new system immediately and definitely not looking forward to the nightmare of manually having to download each document under the employee's profile.
