I can't say enough great things about BambooHR. I have used the system for many years and it is the #1 system I recommend to all my HR clients. Their customer support has been amazing, the implementation is super easy, and the features it offers are just what my small to medium sized clients need. It also integrates easily with other systems my clients may be using. I have many clients that currently use it and I am in the system on a daily basis - just so easy and fun to use. I love how many things I can do within BambooHR. It holds all of my employee data, candidate info/pipelines/communication, and the built-in performance management capabilities. Ease of use, excellent looking interface, functionalities that are quite intuitive to use and analytically solid section.
While we had it, they issued beneficial monthly videos with all the product updates, which I found helpful.
We liked their eNPS feature a lot, as well as their approval flows for change requests. Their time-off section, as well as the clock-in/clock-out widget, were also of great benefit to our HR team.

The customer support was slow as our company is based in Europe, and Bamboo is in the US. This way we had to wait for over 24 hours to get a resolution of our tickets.
We needed several functionalities that we mentioned to their product team but never saw implemented.

We are a multi country business, and having a resource like BambooHR helps keep all of our countries under the same platform. Everyone can see the same information, everyone uses the same process to do things like book time off or change an address. Reporting functions are amazing, we have reports that can span everything we need. We have an API that integrates from BambooHR over to Paylocity that has been incredibly helpful! They have thought of everything! From HR to payroll if you need it they have thought of it. I love that we can have all of our employee based data in one place for our purpose and that of our employees. The implimentation while there was a learning curve it was very intuitive and everyone was so helpful. You have to put in the work but they guide you every step of the use. A downside of using BambooHR is that they do not have scheduling system for shift workers included in their pro package. You would need to sync it with a scheduling software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
