Depending on the position of the person, would be great to be able to get alerts on important days. For example if there is someone in the company that has a team under them, they would get a notification one of their team members birthday or anniversary date. I like that BambooHR has everything in one place and it is very easy to ammend to your needs in terms of entries/extra tabs you can have per each person. I also like that we can have different access levels within the team and grant permissions accordingly.
BambooHR is used very often in our day-to-day management and also the app allows us to work on the go and access everything that they neeed on their mobiles. We use company's links on BambooHR and our teams are realy pleased that it is available whenever they have a question!
BambooHR Customer support is also fantastic! They are very fast to respond and implement everything that you possibly come up with for your team assessments.

I would love to have the assessments and feedback surveys to be more custom made and have options to ammend/change/adjust the questions on the feedback. It would also be great to get graded scale for each question in assessment for intance 'how much would you grade your colleage in team work from 0-10?" that could then be automated and give average per section for each staff. This would allow us to assess our personel on 85%< KPIs.
One more suggestion-when pulling the report on the staff and different info in the report, the entries add multiplelines for each staff, that's a little confusing and then we need to convert to Excel and delete duplicate entries/merge staff entries to be in the single line. We love how easy it is to make changes to suit our needs. It's a very nimble software. We basically use it as a clearinghouse for employee info. Our company uses other software to assign and track our daily work and time. While it is useful, it's adaptability pales in comparison. Bamboo is easy to understand, the customer support it excellent and it makes tracking our employee information so much easier on a daily basis. I don't have any criticisms, but rather a suggestion. We likely only use a portion of its potential. A dedicated follow up, short round of training to maximize its benefit would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Run into many bugs (we are in Washington but the List shows the employees in Western Australia and techs haven't figured out how to fix it) & little missing things that would make life easier (no way to put an end date for a job posting). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
