I love having the ability to run reports that assist me with payroll.

BambooHR has customizable permission settings dependingon the level of access team members need. The ease of integration and implementation were smooth - vastly different than all other HR tools I've used in the past. The reporting features, the easy layout, and easy to find information all wrapped in one program makes life much easier! I use it everyday. BambooHR is easy to use and comes with a lot of great out-of-box features. We were originally interested in BambooHR as a means to consolidate our company personnel records and better manage our PTO requests and tracking. As we got more familiar with the application, we found the onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting features to be extremely helpful toward streamlining other internal processes that were very time consuming. For a company our size (small), BambooHR offers a very competitive pricing model that allows us to grow without immediately increasing the price. We've found great value and efficiency with this user-friendly HR application, and our team has great appreciated the enhanced transparency and communication that this platform offers. BambooHR is quite time intensive to implement, so be prepared to invest a good amount of time to configuring the various features provided by the platform. A lot of thing you will simply need to learn by trial and error, as there is no dedicated account person to help you set up the platform after you purchase a subscription. The help center and customer service hotline can be very helpful, but also very time consuming to find what you need. BambooHR is very hands-off once you complete your purchase, so be prepare to do a lot of internal investigation and setup. It is also worth noting that BambooHR increased out monthly rate only a few months after signing up for our subscription, so hopefully this is not a regular occurence, as it was a bit frustrating to have to adjust our budget so quickly after registration.
