ATS could be more robust with interview scorecards, and hiring feedback. US-centric and not good for managing international employees. Job req management is limited, we need to have separate spreadsheets and tools to manage our reqs. BambooHR helps make Payroll stress-free. The system also looks as sleek as it operates. The employee managment features has also aided to temendously improve our company culture overall. BambooHR gives easy access to find employees job information and personal information with easy access. With these information bamboo hr allows us to update information, input information and allow us to make changes from time to time. Also bamboo hr deals with the hiring and onboarding processes. From a visualization/optics standpoint, it can be a bit tricky to organize candidate flow. It's also not set up to send automated emails when rejecting candidates. Would like to be able to create automated knock out questions on job applications.
