BambooHR has given us the ability to be organized and on track without the need for numerous different spreadsheets. HR can easily communicate with the team. Our employees love the ease of using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some quirky issues such as not being able to reuse an email address. While we understand the "why" of this we have a lot of rehires who we have difficulty sending offer letters to because their email has already been used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BambooHR is one of the powerful platform for onboarding and managing the human resources. It's so simple and easy to manage and even the novice users can use it without any issues. I've been using it frequently where we manage the entire lifecycle of the hiring process from posting a job till the signing of contract. We've integrated the BambooHR job board on our website and the onboarding journey starts from there. One of the coolest feature of BambooHR is creating the fillable template from PDFs that we can send to the employees to fill in the information and sign the documents. Functionality wise I don't have any dislikes but one thing that can be improved is the display of profile fields. Right now, it gets displayed in editable fields directly. If we can display it in readaonly labels would add more user interaction value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customisable onboarding packets is the most useful for my company. We have a number of different disciplines requiring various different compliance documents, Bamboo allows us to streamline this.
