**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

I've been using BambooHR for about 8 years, and I find it very easy to request vacation or sick time. What I really like is the clarity around our company's 'open leave' policy and vacation benchmarks. BambooHR makes it incredibly transparent to look up the history for requests, cancel requests, and calculate remaining vacation balances as well as upcoming vacation time accrual and resets. It has made vacation balance and request tracking seamless for our company. The initial setup was effortless for most staff; I just had to log in the first time.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

Regarding goal tracking, goals are tracked like a checklist. If my goal is 'send 20 emails' (for example) I create an item for that, and my goal shows 0% complete for the duration of the goal timeframe, until it is complete and suddenly goes to 100%. I would prefer if there was a way to track numeric goals incrementally, but instead I need to maintain a separate document for that.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BambooHR primarily for vacation balance, tracking, and requests. It makes requesting vacation or sick time easy, and provides clear vacation benchmarks and history. It also tracks goals and assessments, though goal tracking could improve.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

The centralized employee database has been the biggest time-saver for our team. Instead of digging through spreadsheets or emailing HR for basic information, everything — from org charts to time-off balances — is in one place and accessible within seconds.
The self-service portal has noticeably reduced back-and-forth between employees and HR. Staff can update their own personal details, download pay stubs, and submit time-off requests without any manual handholding, which frees up HR to focus on more strategic work.
Onboarding workflows were an unexpected highlight. The ability to send new hires a checklist of forms and tasks before their first day means they arrive already set up, rather than spending their first morning buried in paperwork.
The UI is clean and intuitive enough that most employees need little to no training to navigate it, which matters when you're rolling out a platform company-wide. Performance feels consistently fast, and we've rarely experienced downtime.
On the integration side, connecting BambooHR with our payroll and benefits providers was straightforward and eliminated duplicate data entry — a real ROI win. Reporting is also stronger than expected; pulling headcount, turnover, or compensation reports takes minutes rather than requiring IT support.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

A recent UI change has made time tracking less intuitive. Previously, you could edit time entries directly from the My Time widget on the home screen. Now, if you need to correct or update time recorded before a break, the widget no longer allows it — you're forced to navigate to the separate Timesheet page to make any edits.
This extra step feels unnecessary and slows down a task that used to take seconds. For employees who regularly adjust their entries throughout the day, this friction adds up and makes the home screen widget feel incomplete — more of a display element than a functional tool.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BambooHR solves the problem of scattered HR processes by bringing everything — employee data, time tracking, onboarding, and reporting — into a single platform. Before, managing these across spreadsheets and email meant constant back-and-forth and a high risk of outdated information.
The biggest benefit has been freeing up HR from repetitive administrative tasks. Employees handle their own time-off requests, personal data updates, and pay stub downloads through the self-service portal, which means HR can focus on more meaningful work rather than fielding routine questions.

For me personally, it benefits me by saving time, making it easier to access accurate employee information quickly, and improving visibility around team processes such as approvals, goals, and performance reviews. It also creates a smoother employee experience by simplifying routine HR tasks and communication.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

I like BambooHR for its clean layout and how organized it is. It's easy to navigate and find things, which makes it very professional and reliable. I appreciate having fast signatures for multiple approvals and quickly getting information without having to email HR. It's been great having everyone's contact info centralized in one place. As an employee, I find it has been very easy to use, and it's nice to have everything organized. I'm very likely to recommend BambooHR because it's a great experience overall.

I think BambooHR could have better integration with our other systems. Also, I'd love for it to manage all the employee performance review processes across the organization. It could be a bit more seamless to get approvals with signatures. The process of finding the form, requesting a signature, and then filling out the form is a little clunky and could be improved.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

The interface is clean and pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it. Employee records, time off tracking, and onboarding workflows are all in one place which makes things way easier to manage. The self-service portal for employees is also a big plus -- saves a lot of back and forth with HR. Overall the UX is solid and the reporting features are decent, we use it mainly for tracking headcount and time-off balances and it does that really well.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

The pricing can be a bit steep especially for smaller teams, and some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher tier plans. The payroll module feels a bit disconnected from the rest of the platform and took some time to setup properly. Also the mobile app is functional but its not quite as polished as the desktop version -- some things just dont translate that well on smaller screens. Customer support response times can also be slow when you have urgent issues.

Mainly using it to centralize our HR data and streamline the onboarding process for new hires. Before BambooHR we were managing everything across spreadsheets and email threads which was a mess. Now everything is in one place and new employees can actually go through a proper onboarding checklist without us having to chase them down. The time off management also saves us a ton of admin work every week.

I like how BambooHR solves the problem of delays in accessing my leave, and it gives me quick access to my information like pay slips, timeouts, and information about who joined or left the company. It makes accessing information easy. I like the interface because it’s simple to use and available for all devices, which means I can access BambooHR through my Android phone and laptop. I also find it easy to navigate through the dashboard. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the company providing a video guide on how to set it up.

Access to easily update and edit information and details. Ability to update managers or other details by myself rather than waiting for the HRBP or the company's HR.

I appreciate BambooHR for its user interface and how easy it is to use. It's simple yet advanced enough, making everything easy and not overwhelming. I like how everything is labeled clearly on the left-hand side of the screen, which makes tasks like onboarding straightforward. There's a clear button that says onboard, and if I can't find something, I can just ask the AI feature. It's just a really great app. The initial setup was super easy too, taking probably like twenty minutes max.

Best part is the super easy and intuitive UI and thanks to that the app's performance is fast without any stutters. As an employee, I can view all my benefits—salary, contract details, annual leave, WFH policies, etc.—all on one page with minimal navigation.

The onboarding process was quick. I just had to introduce myself, and the moment I logged in for the first time everything was setup for me.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

There aren't an agentic AI features that would help me directly if I got lost or wanted to search for a certain company documents that are available on the BambooHR company-wide documents. I was hoping that I would be able to have an AI agent search and find whatever it is that I wanted without additional navigation.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s an all-in-one HR platform. Everything related to managing my work is in one place—applying for leave, and even requesting a change to my payroll account. I can’t speak from an employer’s perspective, but as an employee it’s been the easiest platform I’ve used so far. To me, you know an HR platform is good when you barely need to speak to an HR person in order to get what you need done.

I really like the ease of use of BambooHR. It's pretty simple and has all the features you can think of, making it easy to find the things I'm looking for at the right spot. It follows industry standards, so it's not confusing at all. Viewing the organization tree or my own profile, including payment details, is straightforward. Applying for jobs is effortless, as everything is just a click away, allowing me to upload my resume and cover letter easily. The initial setup was really easy, and my company’s IT department showed me how BambooHR gives all the tools to set up a home screen and find options quickly.

The UI is still facing an old design. It's just the aesthetic looks. It's nothing to do with ease of use. It's really easy to use, but the UI can be improved to a more classy design or something. It still works, it's just aesthetically, it's not the very best.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

What I like most about BambooHR is how easy it makes it to manage core HR processes in one centralized platform, without requiring extensive training. We used BambooHR across multiple departments for employee records, onboarding, PTO management, and performance tracking, and the interface was intuitive enough that both HR staff and employees could navigate it comfortably.

One of the most valuable features for our team was the onboarding workflow automation. We created custom onboarding checklists for different roles, which significantly reduced manual follow-ups and helped new hires complete documents, training, and policy acknowledgments before their first day. The e-signature functionality also sped up document processing and eliminated a lot of back-and-forth over email.

The employee self-service portal was another major advantage. Employees could easily request time off, update personal information, review company policies, and access pay-related documents without needing HR assistance. This cut down on repetitive administrative work for our HR team and improved internal response times.

From a UI/UX standpoint, BambooHR has a clean, modern interface compared with other HR systems we evaluated. Reporting was also straightforward, especially for headcount tracking, turnover reports, and PTO balances. We regularly exported reports for leadership meetings, and the available customization options saved us a considerable amount of time.

Integrations were helpful as well. We connected BambooHR with payroll and communication tools, which improved data accuracy and reduced duplicate data entry across systems. In terms of performance, the platform remained reliable and responsive even as our employee count increased.

Another standout was the onboarding and customer support experience. Implementation was well organized, and their support team was responsive whenever we needed help with workflows or reporting configurations.

Overall, BambooHR delivered strong ROI for our company by streamlining many manual HR processes, improving the employee experience, and allowing the HR team to focus more on strategic initiatives rather than administrative tasks.

One downside of BambooHR is that some of the more advanced reporting and customization options can feel limited compared with larger enterprise HR platforms. The standard reports are straightforward and easy to use, but when we needed highly customized reporting or more complex analytics, we sometimes had to export data to spreadsheets for deeper analysis.

We also ran into limitations with certain integrations. Although BambooHR connects well with many third-party tools, some integrations required additional middleware or manual configuration to fully synchronize employee data across systems. In a few cases, updates between platforms weren’t consistently real-time, which occasionally created duplicate work for our HR and payroll teams.

Performance management is another area with room to grow. The built-in performance review tools work well for basic evaluations, but organizations with more advanced talent management or goal-tracking needs may find the overall feature set somewhat limited compared to specialized performance management platforms.

From a UI perspective, the platform is generally clean and user-friendly, but some administrative settings and workflow configurations can be hard to find at first. A more centralized admin dashboard, or a guided setup experience for advanced configurations, would make implementation smoother for growing companies.

Pricing can also become a consideration as additional modules and features are added. BambooHR offers good value overall, but for smaller companies—or teams scaling quickly—costs can rise depending on the level of functionality needed.

I’d also like to see BambooHR continue to improve its AI and automation capabilities. Some HR platforms now provide more advanced predictive analytics, automated employee insights, or intelligent workflow recommendations, while BambooHR still focuses more on core HR management. Deeper AI-driven reporting and automation would make the platform even more competitive.

That said, none of these issues were major dealbreakers for our organization, and BambooHR still delivered a strong overall experience for day-to-day HR operations.

Before implementing BambooHR, many of our HR processes were managed manually through spreadsheets, long email threads, and paper documents. Keeping up with employee records, PTO requests, onboarding tasks, and performance reviews across multiple departments took a lot of time and often led to inconsistencies in reporting and communication.

One of the biggest improvements for us was having employee information centralized in a single system. In the past, HR staff spent a significant amount of time updating records in multiple places and answering the same employee questions repeatedly. With BambooHR’s employee self-service portal, employees can access policies, submit time-off requests, update personal details, and review key documents on their own, without needing direct HR support. This reduced administrative workload and helped improve response times across the organization.

Our onboarding process also improved substantially. Before BambooHR, onboarding new hires required manual tracking of forms, approvals, and training tasks, which sometimes resulted in delays or missed steps. After implementation, we were able to automate onboarding workflows with task assignments, e-signatures, and reminders. This helped standardize the onboarding experience and significantly reduced the amount of preparation time required from the HR team.

Reporting and visibility were other areas where BambooHR delivered clear value. Previously, leadership relied on manually compiled reports for headcount, PTO balances, and employee turnover metrics. With BambooHR’s reporting tools, we can generate these reports much faster and with better accuracy, which has improved decision-making and reduced the time spent preparing HR data for management meetings.

Integrations with payroll and communication platforms also helped by eliminating duplicate data entry and reducing human error. Having employee data synchronized between systems improved operational efficiency and saved time during payroll processing and routine employee updates.

From an ROI standpoint, the platform helped our HR team operate more efficiently without adding headcount as the company scaled. We were able to support a growing workforce while cutting down on manual administrative work and improving the employee experience at the same time.

User adoption was another positive. Because the UI is modern and easy to navigate, employees adjusted quickly with minimal training. BambooHR’s implementation and onboarding support also made the transition smoother than we expected.

I like that BambooHR's leave planning is simple and easy, with a modern UI that's easy to use and sign in to, unlike SAP. I appreciate the dashboard feature when logging in, which shows who is not working today. Instead of having to calculate leave manually, I just enter the information and can see how many days it would take and what my new balance would be. The initial setup was also easy.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

I don't see an org chart in the people directory. I'd like to see the view from the top down - execs/CEO downwards. The AI is not accurate, it's returning answers in another language sometimes.

I like how the User Interface of BambooHR was seamless and easy to navigate. Everything was organized in an easy-to-understand way, and I could find everything I needed with no problem. It also told me what else I needed to complete by showing me what to do next. The initial setup was really easy, with no problems, and it did not take much time at all to go through.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

The only suggestion I have for BambooHR is when I was applying my history in education, there was no option to input a College Certificate in my field. Add an option to have a Certificate as an education, or add an option such as 'other' so that I could type my own response to my degree or certification from college.

BambooHR gave my employer all the information they needed easily. I find the User Interface seamless and easy to navigate, with everything organized and easy to find. It also guides me on what to do next.

I really enjoy how easy BambooHR is to navigate. Requesting time off, in particular, is simple and efficient. I also appreciate the added feature of being able to see my coworkers’ time-off requests, so I can plan and work around them. Overall, BambooHR makes it easier to communicate with coworkers and superiors by keeping information accessible and transparent. Learning to use this tool was easy and I was able to integrate it into my daily tasks. It was easy to set up and get going especially when inputting my hours worked, goals, and viewing company files. The use of AI is genius and it was very responsive. I asked questions about my pay and the AI was able to scan my employee handbook to extract, highlight, and answer my question in detail.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

What I would like to see is a more colorful and personable user interface. It currently is very corporate and refined, but having a more fun and colorful UI would make the experience of using this tool more enjoyable.

BambooHR solves the problem of refining and optimizing employee and employer information. I have all my important documents easily accessible and visible to me. I also like how transparent and open it is so I can see things like when my coworkers will be off so I can plan around their absences or see if there are birthdays coming up for fun. It is a one-stop shop for company relations organization which is very helpful.

The layout of the website is brilliant—simple and effective. Since becoming a line manager, I’ve been able to see who I’m managing quickly and efficiently. Being able to check when people are off work, as well as any future holidays they’ve booked, is really helpful.

It’s never underperformed; every single time I’ve used it since creating my login, it has worked flawlessly. The integration of a full calendar is also brilliant, as it lets me see who is in across the entire company.

We are using the goals section to set and track against clear annual goals. This has been a helpful tool to ensure everyone is aligned on goals and priorities. I also generally have found that it's pretty easy to generate the reports I need.

We still struggle with not being able to customize review period windows but have adapted to avoid the workaround and I look forward to seeing how that process goes for midyear reviews. I think the only other thing I would seek is better support. I want to switch to BambooHR for payroll but have not done so because I worry about getting the support a small business would need to troubleshoot and answer specific questions.

A few things really stand out in day-to-day use. Time-off requests are effortless: requesting leave and checking my remaining holiday balance feels seamless and takes only seconds. On top of that, it’s consistently reliable. In all the time I’ve used the software, I haven’t run into anything breaking or glitching - it’s a straightforward platform that simply works the way it’s supposed to.

From an employee’s perspective, everything works fine overall. I do wish there were an option to toggle between viewing my remaining annual leave in hours or in days, because it can be hard to calculate sometimes. That said, this may just be down to how our setup is configured.

Bamboo helps me see all my holiday leave in one place and makes it easy to organise what I’m taking and when. Simple interface that can be relatively easily used by small HR teams. Comes with most of the features you would want from an HR system. The AI chatbot is OK and at least seems helpful (although not entirely sure what I would need it for)

Here's a few issues I've noticed with BambooHR:
- It constantly logs you out even when you are in the middle of writing something
- The contract interface used for signing documents generates invalid pdfs when you try downloading it as a pdf in firefox
- Completing a goal early will sometimes randomly send your emails saying that the goal has been updated months after it was completed
- Adding your profile picture in Bamboo doesn't add your profile elsewhere
- Bamboo sends you emails notifying you that you are going on holiday but doesn't inform anyone else on your team
- ical holiday support is very poor. There's no way of setting up a custom list of users that you want to be notified about if they go on holiday and changing the absence view in the interface will update the ical
- There's no way to automatically create calendar events to mark a user as out of office when a holiday is booked
- It's very difficult to see how many holiday days you have available for a given day. The mobile interface allows you to see a graph over the entire year but the web version requires you to enter a specific date
- The hiring module is useless if you have a large amount of candidates to sift through
- You have a button on the main interface that just redirects the user to click the same button in the header. If you know what I wanted to press why didn't you just do the action? I get this is because you want to change the position of the button but maybe if people keep on clicking it you shouldn't try to change it

I like that BambooHR is pretty user-friendly. I also appreciate that you can send forms electronically, which helps a lot, and you can make announcements to everyone if needed. It's a pretty good HRIS system to use, and it works pretty well for new hires and terminations.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

I find that the app is limited because it won't let you change some information, and you have to use the desktop version. Specifically, updating direct deposit only works on the web version. The reporting features aren't the best. For vacation, I have to use two reports to get the needed information, and I can't run reports for certain dates effectively. The benefit reports are also very hard to work with and get the right information. Additionally, the initial setup took quite a bit of effort from our HR managers to get it up and running.

I don't like that they've added AI tooling. Bamboo is where sensitive personal information lives. I don't know what it is scanning/logging/recording and I don't want that kind of uncertainty around personally identifiable information.

Also it is easy to link with another personal accounts, I feel I am getting enough for the pricing, also the setup was really fast and finding any information withing the software is so easy thanks to the search bottom, I haven't tried Artificial intelligence features but I would love to but the automated features are really helpful like calculating your days for the year for your vacations or even for the next year.

Nothing really comes to mind. For what I use it for, looking up vacations and requesting time off, it works perfectly.

I’ve really enjoyed using BambooHR. Not all HR software is user-friendly.
The platform is very user-friendly and makes it easy to stay organized and informed.
One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to see the entire company’s time-off requests and special events in one place. 
It provides great visibility and helps with planning, ensuring there are no surprises with scheduling.
The PTO calculator is another standout feature. 
It’s incredibly helpful to project future time-off requests while factoring in time that’s already scheduled and what will be accrued. 
Being able to clearly see those calculations makes planning much more accurate and stress-free.
Overall, BambooHR is intuitive, efficient, and makes managing my time off easy.

It can be difficult to find the tax documents section — every year I find myself struggling to remember where it’s located. The security process requiring a code to approve devices every 30 days can also feel repetitive and inconvenient. Additionally, the “My Stuff” category is always empty for me, though that may be more of a company configuration issue than a software limitation.

If I need time off, it’s very easy to submit a request. I also love how clearly it shows what PTO I have left.

I like that it's easy to do reporting in BambooHR, and I can download it in Excel to splice and dice the information as I need it. I also like the ability to keep track of training, allowing me to know who has attended and who is missing training, by role and reporting structure. Additionally, I appreciate the capability to differentiate training based on role and position using the reporting feature extensively. I do like the ability to do 360 feedback, which is truly valuable.

I like that I can customize things for reviews, but not as much as I would like to. And I have noticed some glitches in the system during our review process, where some people got the review questions that we had created that were very thoughtful and carefully constructed, and then other people did not get those questions and just got the generic questions for the review cycle. And there didn't seem to be a rhyme or reason for that. So that definitely needs to be improved. And I'd like more customization in the reviewing process in particular that we could ask more detailed questions, and questions and layers within the organization.

I don’t like that you can’t submit time off for vacation in hours and that it has to be entered in days—you can only select hours for sick time. I end up having to Google what the equivalent of 2 hours is in days, and then it just ends up looking weird.

It's so simple to use; the moment I opened the website for the first time, I could navigate it with ease. I also really enjoy checking on my PTO and paid holidays; it's always nice to verify paid holidays on the website. The initial setup was incredibly simple, as I just set up a password and everything was ready when I logged in. Overall, BambooHR is a significant upgrade from my previous HR app.

Maybe just adding more items from the dropdown menu like looking for your schedule or PTO, just making more short cuts.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

Bamboo is really useful for me as an employee because it lets me manage my HR topics easily—holidays, salary, and working hours. I also like that everything is collected in one place, so I don’t have to search across different tools or pages.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

Well, I think it’s a powerful tool, but I also feel there are a lot of things to improve :sweat_smile: The most annoying part for me is the interface.

-> The home page, it is a brilliant idea, but it needs to be more customizable. What I would expect for this page would be: allow me to organize all the widgets (right now I have some sections I cannot edit), redefine its size, and choose between different models (ex: a small widget will only display a link/info, a regular one will display more info + a link and the larger one will allow me to do an action)
-> The navigation system is horrible, sometimes you expend too much time trying to find the section you're searching for, I think this could be improve, adding sub-sections in the navigation bar of the left and re-organizing the sections. Moving some sections out could be a good idea too (example: benefics as a global category that includes benefits + salary;  Documents category that could include: personal docs + company docs, etc)
-> The working hours page, OMG, I HATE that page, nobody I talked with uses the clock in/out button, because it won't create a good slot, nobody starts at x:00 and ends at x:00, the most of the time you will start at x:58 or maybe  x:03 and it looks awful in the final chart, so, there is only one way, adding the hours manually or the torment 
commonly called. What I would expect from a good UX? Allowing my to apply easily a pre-configured timerule. Exam: I work from Mon to Thru from 8 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 17. I want to save this configuration and every week click on some button to apply it. If that's not possible, by day. If that's not possible, at least, I want two rows by default (I think the most of the people that uses this tool have some break in the middle of the day) and when I switch from AM/PM, I expect the second row to apply this change automatically. But, for me, the best option are the templates :pray:
-> Info that is redundant and take too much space. I will re-work how data is displayed, the header tooks to much space (company info, seach bar, my photo, etc) This info is not important for me, I need to make a more efficient screen at glance, I don't want to do so much scroll to find the section I am looking for.

I think that's all, I am sorry if something is difficult to understands, English is not my first-language, I hope that ideas would be fine to improve the app. I like the core of the tool. I would attach images if possible, so, it would be nice for this form to allow adding some screenshots to illustrate the ideas.

I like how easy it is to look up the total amount of PTO that I have accumulated and still have available. It helps me schedule the correct PTO time off for vacations or other things I may need to request time off for in the future. The transition to BambooHR was supposed to make things smoother and it is indeed easier to locate certain things now.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

I'm not sure if it's BambooHR itself, but since we transferred over, there's a two-day delay on when we actually get paid. Sometimes, depending on the day that the pay is supposed to fall on, it can actually be a four-day delay. This makes everybody a little bit uncomfortable.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BambooHR allows me to access personal info like pay stubs without asking corporate. It's easy to track my PTO, which helps in planning vacations or other time off.

I like that the platform allows you to configure and limit user access, displaying information based on permission levels (admin, manager, IC, etc.).

I also like the UX: it feels very simple, user-friendly, well organized, and overall gives a very approachable impression.

Performance: Supports the entire team, not just HR, but the company as a whole. Teams rely on it to verify information, approve vacations and time off, and handle pretty straightforward administrative tasks.

The org chart feature didn’t feel very practical to me. I think the interface could be more intuitive and easier to navigate.

It gives me a centralized place to manage HR-related tasks and makes it easy to access everything I need as an employee. BambooHR solves a lot of day-to-day HR and admin challenges by keeping everything centralized and easy to access. Instead of having to contact HR for payroll details, important benefits information, PTO balances, tax forms, or company docs, I can quickly find and manage everything myself in one platform. It also simplifies time tracking and project logging, helps streamline document signing, and improves overall organization and communication between employees and the company. It's very user-friendly and quickly accessible for information needed regarding pay details, PTO balances, company forms, and more without needing to go through multiple systems or contact HR directly. It all works very well and it's easy to use! Also, the initial setup of BambooHR was incredibly simple, fast, and seamless. Finally, I'm very likely to recommend BambooHR since I rated it an 11 on the 1/10 recommendation scale.

I wish there was a better way to communicate with direct report to or request a raise functionality.

**What do you like best about BambooHR?**

I like BambooHR for its clean, user-friendly setup. The PTO calculator is my personal favorite; it helps me know what kind of PTO I'll have based on accrual and time already scheduled, allowing me to plan my time off well in advance. I also appreciate how it serves as our punch system and provides access to the business calendar to see when others are out of office. It’s very helpful for scheduling PTO and provides links to business sites. These features really help with clocking in and out, as well as connecting with my coworkers.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

I personally have a small glitch where if I clock out but then don't hit the 'log out' button, my punch out doesn't record, and I come into crazy amounts of time 'clocked in'. It's not hugely impactful to my day, but I do have to have my manager go in and fix my clock-out time to match when I actually clocked out.

I use BambooHR for clocking in and out, scheduling and calculating PTO, and staying connected with coworkers. The PTO calculator is my favorite, as it helps me plan future time off based on accruals and scheduled time.

Layout - I love the layout and it is very easy for me to see how much holiday I have remaining and easy to schedule more. 
The other feature I love, is the 'Who's out' section. I can easily check before scheduling a call or delegating work to someone whether they are actually available to do so. Simple but hugely important feature.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

The only thing I can think of is the birthday section. 
It's optional within the system so this isn't really a knock on Bamboo, but our company forces us to set the birthday and I don't like being wished a happy birthday

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing the structure of requesting holiday to be made simpler.
I've previously used other software or no software at all and it has been a nightmare

I appreciate that BambooHR makes it easy to review my paychecks, request time off, and clock in and out. I find it convenient that everything I need is in one spot. The software is easy to use, which is a big plus for me. The vacation request feature is helpful as it lets everyone know when I am out, while the ability to view coworkers' birthdays helps me keep track of celebrations in the office. Setting up BambooHR was easy, and I like that about it too.

**What do you dislike about BambooHR?**

Every time I log in, I have to get a code texted to me to confirm my identity, even if I click to save my device for future logins. It doesn't remember my computer, the same one I use all the time, so I have to do it each time I log in.

**What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BambooHR to review paychecks, request time off, and clock in and out. It solves the problem of scattered information by keeping everything in one spot, and it’s easy to use. It also helps notify others of my time off and reminds me about coworkers' birthdays.
