The request option is my favorite. It is super easy to use and I value it since we were still using paper request offs prior to this. Easy for the employees to log in and create their profile. I use it on a daily basis and I don't think I ever had an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BambooHR is intuitive and easy to implement and use. The handy phone app is convenient for our team members when in the field. They can quickly and easily view their PTO, benefits and performance evaluations via their phone OR their desktop/laptop computer. Their Knowledge base is comprehensive and easy to follow. BambooHR is easy to use and they are open to suggestions! The implementation was fairly straightforward and they provide a lot of support and resources that I found very helpful. There are some features either unavailable, or too costly to add on. The main feature that has been difficult for our company, is that we pay out Employer HSA amounts up front once a year. BambooHR does not have an option for this, so when it is entered in on their profile, it will show up every time we pay them, which causes problems if we forget to manually remove.
We also would love to have a feature for paying different rates for contractors we work with who have different rates for different projects. This is a feature recently added, but can be very costly when we are paying hundreds of contractors monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BambooHR's interface is as simple as it gets without losing the wide variety of tools, customization options, and other features that can be personalized unique to your team/company. BambooHR does a great job of walking you through implementation step by step, making the process quick and seamless. Customer support goes ABOVE and BEYOND when assistance is needed, and the feedback we provide BambooHR is always taken into consideration, and, sometimes even implemented into the system right away! BambooHR is still new to some of the platforms they've released such as Benefits Admin and Performance Management, so options are a bit limited in that area. However, they continue to add more features and tools to each of these each month, as highlighted in their monthly "Product Pulse" emails, where they highlight new features.
