What do you like best about Allego?

Allego has been a great addition to our tools. We have used their digital sales rooms for campaigns, individual accounts, and post event collteral. It also allows us to have our content in one location which can be easily searched for and access. The customer support within Allego has been great. If I ever email our CSM, they respond within the day and are always willing to hop on a call with the team to help answer any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allego?

I have not had any issues as of yet. Whenver I have, it usually was user error on my end that they helped me resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing a central spot for all of our content and having it be easiliy search for and accessed. Also gives our sales team the ability to create a DSR to be the go to spot throughout the sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allego?

The end user experience is solid in terms of finding content, sharing content and using the digital sales rooms. It's a good place for storing and organizing content, as well as internal learning materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allego?

Setting up the platform, navigating it, building and editing things are all quite challenging for the admin setting things up. The UX is makes editing pages difficult and can take a lot of time. It's frustrating. It feels like there are some significant enhancements to be made to the backend. I rely a lot on my CSM (who is fantastic) to help me get things done. What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allego improved our approach to content management. We now have a singular place for all product/company knowledge as well as customer-facing content. Moving from email attachements, to a DSR motion is a big improvement to our sales motion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
