Quick and easy to get started.

The newsletters section is very easy to use.

A large number of blocks are available and allow for the creation of varied content.

Lack of flexibility inside the blocks

Notably: placing an image in the background and text on top.

What do you like best about Actito?

I strongly believe the most powerful tool Actito has to offer is its targeting tool (which is part of their profile management section). I have had the opportunity to use other CRMs and from a targeting tool point of view, Actito's is by far the most advanced, reliable and easy one. As a user I can really appreciate the efforts being put into making it so valuable in order for marketeers to leverage data to their advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Actito?

Something I would improve in terms of targets being created would be the ability to organise the segments into folders. As such, it makes it easier to navigate through all the type of segments you create. Currently, you've got a list that you can browse, but unless you know what you're looking for, there's no way to actually visualise all the targets that have been created in a user-friendly way.

One thing I absolutely dislike (heavily), is the fact that email creation binds us into using blocks, without ANY flexibility. In other words: you do not have access to HTML directly in the editor when using a pre-configured template. I know competitors who offer that option (and limit it to actual "custom HTML blocks" that you can insert) and being in 2021, it baffles me that this isn't available on Actito. Understandably they have their business model and not all their clients are at ease with HTML, but with all-around digital marketeers, that have generally speaking a decent understanding of HTML being able to leverage some level of HTML to make simple things happen would make such a big difference. Right now, if I want that, I need to build something from scratch or use a template, export it and work in the export to import it again later one... but I would loose anything related to "customization" bound to what I initially worked on.

It would mean so much to me if they can adjust this. It's soon 2022 guys, level up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actito just allows me to do my job the right way. It's silly to say it like that but from a software point of view it allows to do so much (including webforms etc..) and with the integrations of third party tools it makes it fun to drive digital marketing campaigns. Sorry for the delay in answering; I apologize for that.

Your review is what we are looking for, positive angles where we can double down and elements that need more focus and improvements. I'm also a big fan of our targeting module that offers lots of power without the hustle of coding a query.

Concerning the email editor options. We discuss that during our AMA session in our end-year release. It is always challenging to choose between flexibility and making sure the rendering is optimal on 95% of the email clients. That is the main reason why we don't have an HTML option within the drag and drop email editor.

I would love to push harder on this functionality, but who would be responsible if the email doesn't render well? If you tell me that if we mention to the operator "at your own risk" and that it's reasonable to do so, I will push that towards our product team.

An order option is also to look at our integration with le Patron and Dartagnan.

What do you like best about Actito?

For our typical users, the intuitive interface makes it easy to teach functionalities.

For me, I like how you combine nearly ALL data and behaviour into conditions, triggers and dynamic communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Actito?

Error handling could be better. I could solve issues faster if the error gave me a clue what exactly went wrong in the process. Even though this issue was risen realy on in our adaption process, I still need to see any real progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actito sits between the small Mailchimps and the big Salesforces of planet. That in-between-segment is an ideal place to be for companies like us. We need some power but we're not hiring extra people to manage a platform. Actito can do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Actito?

The best aspect is that the team from Actito is extremely responsive: they answer very quickly, even if it's to say that they are still investigating the issue. This allows the user to have more confidence that, whenever you have a trouble, the team will be there to help you deal with it. I think the database setups are a little bit confusing; once you understand it's ok but to understand it can take a while. Maybe it should be more simple, including the handling of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like is the ease of building efficient scenarios. The platform is quite intuitive in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the email templates very lacking in configuration. In structuring, it would be interesting to have something equivalent to Mailchimp. It would also be useful to be able to add social networks in the footer of the email with the choice of icons to integrate. What do you like best about Actito?

The functionality regarding the e-mail, and how you set up flows. It has a lot of essential and beneficial functionality. For e-mail, Actito has what we need to fulfill our tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Actito needs more channels. I want to use push notifications and also in-app messages. That functionality, to my knowledge, does not exist today. This would increase my use of Actito significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
