What do you like best about Actito?

The Actito team is very helpful and very responsive. Manon M and Manon K always respond to us very quickly and are always proactive.

At least once a week, I handle the designs of emails/newsletters, the choice of targeting, and their sending. I also sometimes have to change emails already present in scenarios. For all this, I find this tool intuitive and quite easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Actito?

I find the possibility of email design quite limited:

- not being able to upload our own brand font.

- quite a low limit in terms of email size: I sometimes have to reduce the pixels of my images and sometimes even have to try several times to be able to send them. This is quite unfortunate because, in addition to the time it takes me, the quality of the images is affected...

What do you like best about Actito?

Actito is a very comprehensive tool in terms of possibilities for marketing automation. From database management to scenario creation, the steps are very intuitive and pleasant to use. The creation and tracking of campaigns is easily done with the tools at our disposal. In case I have a question, Actito support is always very helpful and highly responsive. Actito is a great tool; it has everything you need and more from a marketing automation shandpoint, and setting up marketing automation flows is easy with its intuitive UI. Concerning SalesForce, you are right. We don't have a native integration yet, although we have many customs integrations with them. Most of the time my feeling is that you need to go custom because SF has been tweaked to the specific needs of the client, which makes native integrations nearly impossible due to non-standard data models.

It's a very simple and intuitive software yet offers great personalisation capabilities, especially on the data model side, also the customer team is extremely helpful and supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of in-platform data manipulation (workflows) and native connectors to some CRMs like Salesforce, this is something that would make the integration with other systems much faster and simpler. I also like the fact you point out our data capabilities to enhance personalization, as we are strong believers that this is the way to deliver our clients' expectations.

Concering native integration, I would love to have a short chat with you and one of my integration specialists. We do have a couple of them with platforms such as SalesForce, but most of the time we have to make them tailor-made due to the complexity of the data schema at the third party end. A pleasure to start my day by reading your review. You highlighted what for me (also a marketer) are the key features of Actito. I might have added the ability to personalize channels with all the data available, but I am biased 😅.

The Actito index, it's a debate I would be happy to challenge with you as well. In my life as a CSM, I have used it mainly in the context of segmentation using the global index vs the individual. This allows you to create segments related to engagement. But let's agree if you are doing segmentation it can be redundant and less precise.

A very ergonomic platform, easy to use and with a multitude of features to create beautiful email projects. What do you like best about Actito?

My team are new to email marketing. We have required a lot of hand-holding over our initial onboarding process and Actito have helped us every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is an observation rather than a critisism as we are on a journey together that started almost from scratch, but sometimes I feel we can spend hours discussing theory ahead of actually implementing actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your point about sending SMS without email, I presume it's related to the fact that your unique key is an email in your data model? If so, normally, but to discuss with your account, you can have several keys in Actito, including the mobile number, which is normally like a unique email per contact.
