There is a lot of content in UltiPro, and taking time off isn't always the most comprehensive or simple thing to do. With UltiPro, the calendar feature makes it very obvious which days have been taken, how much you have left, and an explanation for each. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I like the fact that it is a one stop HR stop, you can access your payroll info, benefits, handbook, and track employee progress through time in company, updates to employee like promotions and pay increases and track time off Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
I don’t like the interface at all, it’s very outdated and the font size is so small. While it’s nice to see your time off color coded and in a large calendar yearly view, it’s very small and even the icons seem extremely outdated. I also don’t like the fact that it isn’t easy to navigate unless you know what you’re looking for. It would be nice to have a resource available for new users. Required upfront comprehensive training during implementation. Ended up being a waste of time which created unnecessary delay. By the time we needed to use the information, information was all jumbled in our brains, we have forgotten all the earlier training and we had to re-learn. Would have been more practical to learn one aspect, implement, then go on to the next. * TIcketing system and hierarchy of support impractical. When you get the right person, support is awesome but it sometimes takes a few tries to get the right person. Other times, it is frustrating waste of time and counter productive to have to create a ticket for a yes/no question. I also think 48 hours is a loooong time to have to wait for a call back. * Payroll Gateway for a company like ours with over 100 pay groups is slow and time consuming * Open enrollment needs a LOT of work. Set-up is cumbersome and if you have different sessions with the same plan package, we should just be able to copy from one session to another * E-mail alerts are great but because we have over 100 pay groups, getting over 150 e-mails after a payroll and finding the right e-mail that truly needs attention is sometimes like looking for a needle in a hay stack. * Customer support and case list needs to be organized better.
