1. La possibilité de taguer des collègues sous un e-mail et de pouvoir avoir une conversation en dessous de chaque e-mail, ainsi que de pouvoir travailler sur un brouillon de manière collaborative avec d'autres.
2. La possibilité d'ajouter et d'assigner des tâches sous chaque e-mail, ce qui m'aide à suivre les actions que je dois accomplir.
3. La possibilité de mettre en veille des e-mails, de cette façon vous pouvez garder votre boîte de réception dégagée et faire réapparaître l'élément spécifique dont vous avez besoin en haut de votre boîte de réception lorsque vous en avez besoin.
Dans l'ensemble, je trouve que c'est un outil très facile à utiliser et à personnaliser et, lorsque moi ou mon collègue avons eu des problèmes, nous avons toujours reçu une réponse rapide de l'équipe de support client. One aspect I dislike about Missive is the bug that occurs when connecting my custom integration using Ngrok. Before deploying my work to production, it's crucial for me to test my integration using Ngrok as the URL. This step is essential in ensuring that everything functions correctly before making it live. However, due to this issue, I am unable to test locally with Ngrok, which adds an extra layer of complexity to my workflow. While I have managed to work around this by deploying the integration directly to the server for testing, it would be a significant improvement if this bug were fixed. Missive has been the email client I've been looking for! As a previous corporate email user, I've loved the calendar + email features of Outlook specifically. At the same time, Outlook can be a pain to use. I've been through all sorts of email clients as I've moved from the corporate world to running my own agency, trying to find the silver bullet (everything from Superhuman to browser-based email). For me, Missive is that silver bullet. The calendar features are fantastic, and the email is loaded with everything I need. On the mobile app, it takes a few taps to get to my calendar (versus something like the Outlook app that has a button for my calendar as soon as I land on the app without needing to scroll through the hamburger menu).

As an accounting firm, we deal with 20+ various client accounting email inboxes to manage on a daily basis. Our bookkeepers need support from their seniors to respond to various emails and that would not be possible without Missive's email collaboration ability. On occasion I have felt frustrated with the interface as it hasn't felt intuitive, especially coming in fresh as the new admin for the organization I had a hard time knowing the difference between accounts vs teams vs users, etc. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

The biggest issue I have with Missive is the fact that emails routinely close and are therefore missed when a reply comes in.
I have also had legitimate emails come in that were immediately marked as Junk/spam and effected client relationships as they were not appropriately responded to.
As the BDM, there are too many features that I do not need to take advantage of and my emails are cluttered. Having the ability to chat about an email chain between your team, while not actually sending emails. I can also assign tasks easily and it integrates with many other productivity tools. J'aime le fait que nous puissions facilement ajouter un collègue à une conversation sans lui transférer tout le fil, et parler de ces emails, juste en dessous du fil. Cela rend vraiment la communication plus facile.
Intégrer Missive avec vos boîtes aux lettres existantes est assez facile à faire. Que ce soit une boîte SMTP, Gmail ou Outlook, vous les connectez simplement. Et vous avez l'option de partager le contenu de cette boîte aux lettres avec des personnes de votre organisation, ce qui fait vraiment gagner beaucoup de temps.
C'est comme si Slack rencontrait Chat et c'est mon outil par défaut pour commencer à travailler chaque jour. Je l'aime vraiment et l'ai déjà recommandé à quelques organisations.

Les seules choses sur lesquelles je pense que missive doit travailler en ce moment sont :
- Si la recherche vous envoyait directement au message que vous recherchiez, au lieu de la fin de l'ensemble du fil.
- Si nous pouvions choisir "répondre depuis l'email pour être celui auquel l'email a été envoyé. Cela aiderait à réduire les erreurs humaines.
- Si nous pouvions utiliser des règles contre les alias, sous le même nom, à travers plusieurs fournisseurs, ce serait formidable. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
