There are some limitations that I’d love to see improved. One drawback is that data categories and fields created by users (rather than Hibob) cannot be inserted into eSign templates, which can be restrictive. I love the fact that it's an all-in-one product. W've been using the People, Payroll, and Performance modules for a while now and have recently added on their new module, hiring. This means that our entire HR function is all captured in Bob now.
Our account manager Sabrina has been a dream to work with. Especially as we made the switch from Workable to HiBob Hiring. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, show me the product, and negotiated a competitive rate to counter our offer to stay with Workable.

Really easy to use and nice to look at- requires a lot of manual intervention to set up and make work for your business, but this works in business favour if time is put into planning prior to set up as you can mould it to fit your company needs.
