This system has the absolute worst workflow I have seen. There is no ability to reject and send an item back one step for corrections. The entire business transaction is stopped whether you reject or cancel. There is no difference between the 2 as an approver.

We've been using UltiPro since 2003. It has the features we need and Ultimate Software does their best to stay up on ever-changing compliance needs.
