Automations within tasks and projects are amazing. We have set up automations so that when a date is entered into a cusom field, an entirely new task is created for a different department to complete. So far, I have had same day responses from the support team and they will walk me through to make sure I understand, which I appreciate. The online help page has been a great resource as well. Nothing really! Leadership wants the stars and moon and sun but it takes hours and hours, maybe months and month to gather and input needed data, the tool takes socialization and support from leadership, managers, and staff to push and support the usage of the tool (read: behavior change) over time.
