I enjoy how user-friendly this platform is. It's simple to get around and achieve the tasks you're looking to complete. The biggest impacts on our company are the recruitment and performance management modules.
We originally needed an HRMS system which would be able to deliver to both shop and office employees, in a way that would be accessible to everyone from anywhere. UKG Pro delivers on that aspect. We were also able to save money on printing physical pay stubs. Employees can now access paystubs on the go and login to view their accrued vacation bank anytime without needing to ask payroll.
The recruitment module has allowed us to move job postings and applications online, rather than receiving emails with resumes, which used to take a lot of manpower to review. The ability to organize resumes to sit with the positions the candidate wishes to apply for is very helpful and a time saver.
The compensation module has allowed to utilize salary plans to keep confidential information within the system, instead of spreadsheets with confidential data emailed to managers. It has so many bugs and crashes all the time. Their SSO feature is non existent and you constantly have to change your password. Good for your important documents but it seems like its every other day that your password needs to be changed. You get randomly signed out in the middle of sessions as well. The capabilities of the software and the continued enhancements are great! In the beginning the customer support was really good, and everyone was very willing no help. The implementation team did a great job walking us through the set up processes. The BI reporting is also great! It definitely takes some time to learn how to run and edit reports, but once you get the basics it is very helpful. Customer support is not always the greatest. During our first year, our support was pretty good, but as time goes on, the support seems to wane. Our customer support representative is not able to assist with any of our questions. She only opens cases for us when we ask for assitance. We can open cases ourselves.
