Customer support at Paylocity is outstanding for resonsiveness, however, I do have issues with their efficency at problem solving. It often takes weeks if not months to resolve an issue from beginning to end. The platform is user friendly. Implementation was super easy. They listen to new ideas and are constantly updating the platform with new features and offerings. At times there are issues within the system that cause widespread problems. These take longer to correct than they should. Communication to users when these are identified would be helpful instead of finding out "by accident". Training for new users could be better than "Read this PEAK article". There are multiple steps within the system that cross sections and the articles don't always capture that. Also - the articles are not as up to date as the system is. I do not like the new procedure to run payroll, I have hourly employees with tips and commissions and it is way too hard to navigate. I am dreading when I am forced to use the new system and I know I will have to call for help and frankly have a very busy schedule and after using your service for 3 years I am saddened I have to change the procedure. Es gibt sehr wenig an Paylocity, das mir nicht gefällt, aber eine Sache, die ich mehrmals erlebt habe und die sehr notwendig ist, ist die Möglichkeit, Berichte mit anderen Benutzern zu teilen. Das Paylocity-Berichtsmodul hat viele standardisierte Berichte, auf die jeder Benutzer zugreifen kann, aber ich muss in der Lage sein, angepasste Berichte mit anderen administrativen Benutzern zu teilen. Bis vor kurzem war die Unfähigkeit, angepasste Berichte zu teilen, nur eine Unannehmlichkeit, aber letztes Jahr hatten wir einen Benutzer, der in den Ruhestand ging und mir einen sehr komplexen Bericht zur Verfügung stellte, der zweimal im Jahr für Gehaltserhöhungen und Boni benötigt wurde. Erst letzte Woche musste ich diesen Bericht von Grund auf neu erstellen, was mehrere Stunden in Anspruch nahm, die ich mir wirklich nicht leisten konnte. Wir befinden uns im Implementierungsprozess, und es war aus Kundensicht ein sehr einfacher Prozess. Sehr erfrischend, den einzigen Ansprechpartner für den Kundensupport zu erleben; mit einem integrierten Prozess mit Partnern wie Human Interest, die den Übergang unserer 401k-Implementierung durchführen, die gleichzeitig mit unserer Paylocity-Implementierung stattfindet.

Wir sind mit dem Prozess bisher sehr zufrieden. Insbesondere Marci Lipp von Paylocity und Kevin MacMillian von Human Interest! Ehrlich gesagt, wenn wir es nicht besser wüssten, würden wir nie merken, dass es sich um zwei verschiedene Unternehmen handelt. Der gesamte Prozess war eine erfrischende Erfahrung und hat uns definitiv mit der Fülle an Funktionen, die Paylocity uns bietet, um Zeit und Geld in allen Bereichen der Personalressourcen, Schulung, Gehaltsabrechnung und 401k zu sparen, BEGEISTERT!

I like that Paylocity is easy to navigate. Also, our company has run the gambit of payroll processors, and Paylocity is one of the few that offers customer support that is available after a short hold, and everyone I have spoken to is local. Other large payroll processors outsource their client services, and hold times were atrocious. We look forward to all that Paylocity will roll out in the future to make our lives easier! Right now, we are in need of onboarding that is offered in Spanish.

Also, the notification features do not seem to work very well for us. Some work/progress could be made there to ensure functionality is working properly. Communications are inconsistent when it comes to sending to our multiple administrators. Apparently, Paylocity only offers 1 primary admin to receive all notifications. Der Nachteil bei der Nutzung von Paylocity ist der Kundensupport. Oft sprechen wir mit Vertretern bei Paylocity, die schlecht geschult sind und nicht in der Lage sind, das Problem oder die Frage, wegen der wir anrufen, zu lösen. Darüber hinaus gab es Zeiten, in denen die Befolgung der Anweisungen der Vertreter zu einem falschen Ergebnis geführt hat. Ich stelle oft fest, dass ich selbst nach Lösungen suchen muss, weil der Vertreter einfach nicht weiß, wie er helfen kann. Ich habe fünf neue Unternehmen in Paylocity implementiert, und es ist sehr stressig, weil bei der Einrichtung vieles übersehen wird und man proaktiv sein und sich an Paylocity wenden muss, um herauszufinden, was bei der neuen Unternehmenseinrichtung fehlt. Paylocity sollte unterstützender und gründlicher sein, wenn es darum geht, einem Kunden bei jeder Art von Einrichtung in Paylocity zu helfen.
