Leapsome hat eine der besten Leistungsmanagement-Funktionen und sie sind sehr einfach zu bedienen. Eine Funktion, die ich am meisten liebe, ist die Ziele-Funktion, bei der wir unsere persönlichen sowie Unternehmensziele festlegen und verfolgen können. Eine Sache, die ich gerne im kommenden Update sehen würde, ist, dass dem Dashboard mehr Dinge hinzugefügt werden. Derzeit hat es nur eine Aufgaben-Checkliste und ein Mini-Profil auf der rechten Seite, aber es wäre großartig, wenn wir mehr Informationen wie bevorstehende Meetings, ausstehende Ziele usw. hätten.
