I consider the must helpful aspect of Condo Control is the support it gave to all the records and day-to-day activities for management and staff in a condominium environment. As I work everyday witht he application and website, I keep learning new aspects, is a continuos learning experience. The amenity bookings and the flexibility of revise the bookings, or even manage an authorized refund for a late cancellation make the process easier for the residents and is linked to our acocuntant department too, making easy to trace down any activity. Anyone could make mistakes with a record, and be able to recover it from the unit's archive is an stress relief. Generating packages to notify residents of their pruchase in the sotre has been accepoted and redy to pick up is a time saver for management and Concierge too. Not able to create a new report wihtut usisng a pre-defined one as a base. Sometimes fileds I want to combine doesnt appear in the same report, making me merge the data outside the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Startup support was great. The anylist reviewed what we had currently and was able to extract much of the information and load it into CCC. This saved what could have been many hours of works.
What's nice is being able to go to one software app and find pretty much everything I need without having to move around and work off multiple programs.

I think what I miss is not having the ability to program multiple rules when creating amenities having restrictions. Example: I can stop the booking of a single day (Sunday) throughout the year, but I cannot restrict different calendar dates that fall on other weekdays without having to restrict the same day for the whole year. The Filter function in the Amenities section is malfunctioning, causing difficulties when searching for specific events or bookings. To select a particular amenity, users are required to click multiple times before it is properly selected and the associated events or bookings are displayed. Keeps all residents informed and gives them a platform to contact us, and interact with other owners. The platform has a library that holds information in the past we would get requests for. I recently had the pleasure of using Condo Control Forum, and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. It does have the opportunities to add or remove options as needed. All about the unit and its residents, past and present, the common elements, fees, personal notes. Residents can pay for various options on the system from fobs, keys, to reserving the party room or elevators. It communicates well from announcements to budget letters. Generates reports of everything, shares surveys with residents,and invites them not only for service requests but also to discuss. It has a library of all condo documents. I’d love to provide an honest review. First, the team is fantastic—much better than Concierge Plus, which didn’t respond or offer much help. The Condo Control team, especially Taha, was amazing to work with! Second, Condo Control offers so many more features compared to other apps. It’s easy to use, with excellent back-end support.
