Sprinklr allows for fairly seamless social media account access across handles and platforms and helps with coordinated content planning. In my experience, this was particularly helpful for organizing a social media team that was spread across the globe. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
My specific experience with Sprinklr was used in conjunction with content planning for a global consumer advocacy group. Ideally, these individual users and/or their brand-specific content could be tracked and analyzed within the Sprinklr system. This meant tracking individual users and their posts that included mentions of the brand, specific products, events or marketing campaigns. A tracking and analysis function that supplemented planned content would be ideal. This was not the case and we acquired another analytics tools to fill this gap.
