Também é muito fácil e amigável relatar se há um problema ou um bug no APP por causa do suporte com uma resposta rápida e confiável para resolver erros e preocupações, principalmente quando se trata de dados. Este foi o melhor APP para trabalho remoto para mim. Além disso, este APP foi melhor utilizado não apenas para recursos humanos, mas para pessoas que trabalham remotamente, a facilidade de implementação quando se trata de velocidade e solução e também a integração das coisas que são mais necessárias, seja para o uso do funcionário ou de recursos humanos. What I love about Rippling is how easy it is to use — everything is easy to find like where to see my PTO, pay reim,bursements, org charts and more, so I never feel overwhelmed when I need to quickly find something within Rippling. Plus, I have to mention how adorable the paycheck emails are! They’re not just functional as they pffer a direct link to your paystub, but they’ve got a fun, cutsey character sent with each announcement that makes interacting with the system a little more enjoyable. I use Rippling every day and it is making my life so much easier with its features like Time and Attendance, Learning Management, and My Pay. It's intuitive to navigate, the functionality is optimal as it is not cluttered with icons and/or textual information. I love it how quickly I can access everything I need and it is very informative too! I refer to the documents section in My Profile quite often and never had any issues finding what I need. Out of all the HR platforms I've used as an employee, Rippling is my favorite. The UI is beautiful, it's incredibly easy to find anything I happen to be looking for, and I'm never searching through weird nested menus or toolbars trying to find the one thing I want. I especially love how the Benefits page is laid out, complete with Group ID and Member ID for each benefit, which can otherwise be so difficult to track down. As an employee, I'm able to access all of my paystubs, W2, benefits, PTO, etc. all in one system! I love that I can access it all via an app with a simple few clicks of a button. My previous employer required several different systems to access those.

Rippling is by far one of the easiest systems I've used to communicate and recieve payments. It was easy setting up my account and the communication between myself and the Rippling team has been great.
