I am still testing Zoho Recruit, but I have already seen that it is a platform attentive to the details needed to carry out a complete selection process. I will have to adapt some things to fit my work methodology, maybe need a developer to help me trim the edges. These are only very deep details, just room for tiny improvements. Probably most of them might be clarified after the expore workshop with a premium partner:

- Missing extraction of photo from resume, candidate photo can only be set manually.

- Missing field for candidate date of birth must be added and mapped manually (then works automated, which is great). Setting should be there as default.

- Left hand side filtering is not quite comfortable.

- Did not find how to share custom views / dashboards across all users.

- Did not find job offering translations for various languages. Need to be able to translate when publishing a job in career portals in various languages.

- Did not find how to trigger resume parsing for manually created candidate and manual upload of the resume. Resume parsing is only triggerd when creating candidate via resume? Maybe need to explore macros... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
