I have been using Zoho Assist for more than 5 years. I work for a small public library system with 4 branches and I am the only "tech" person, so if something goes wrong at another location I have to be able to remote into that computer.
I have never had a time where Zoho Assist was down or unavailable when I needed it. Over the past 5 years I have only had to contact Zoho Assist support twice, and both issues were resolved in a timely manner. The most recent support ticket was an issue with a session between Windows and Ubuntu where SHIFT and CTRL keys were inputting various symbols or spaces. The issue was determined to be caused by using the native Zoho client, and was switched to the web version, which fixed the issue. During this support session with Zoho they were knowledgable about the product and were able to resolve my issue after about 15 minutes.
Zoho Assist support chat was great and I know if I need them again I will be dealing with knowledgeable and capable support specialists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In over 5 years of using Zoho Assist I have only one things that I wish was better:
Wake on lan doesn't always seem to work. I believe this is due to a combination of a computer setting on the client(s) end as well as various firewalls blocking the WOL signal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho allows me to Brand and promote me and mẏabilities and to connect with clients "Unattended" to make repeat service easier. It is easy to intergrate with other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I reaaly haven't found anything to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I work a 9-5 job and I also have a few clients on the side. Zoho makes it possible to do both if I absolutely need to. The price point is amazing and anyone can learn how to use it. I tell all my clients to get it.
Thank you Zoho for a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I absolutely had to choose something I didn't like it's the difficulty I had with trying to print from a remote computer to the printer attached to the computer I am working on. I know it's possible but I haven't sorted that out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do a small volume of tech support for friends, family, and local small businesses and non-profits. I use remote access software to remotely fix their computers, show them how to perform tasks, and manage servers and computers that don't require customer input. The previous remote desktop solution I was using was very expensive, the customer service was poor, and there were a lot of restrictions on features unless you paid an add on fee or a higher tier of service. Zoho Assist fits my budget and allows me to work remotely on a variety of computers and unattended access is great for working on servers or computers so I don't have to ask someone to go in to set up a session. Zoho's other products also fit well for my small business and integrate into Zoho Assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes small errors occur, such as my keystrokes not being passed to the remote computer, but reloading the web application and restarting the session has fixed the handful of problems I've encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using a competing remote support solution for years; this past year, I switched to Zoho for my accounting and then learned about Zoho Assist and decided I woould try it out. I have been very impressed by the way I am able to get all of my clients setup on the Unattended sessions. Additioinally, I like how the wallpaper disappears when I'm connected. There are two things I like about that -- one, it cuts down on the amount of bandwidth it takes for the connection, and two, it alerts my users when I am connected in case they weren't sure. Also, the ease of integration when converting from my previous system to Zoho Assist has been very easy, regardless of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, the only thing I haven't liked is the ability to connect to iPhone and Android devices. I had success with it initially in testing, but not as much success recently. However, that is a very small portion of my connections so I am not certain it matters much to me yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's so easy to use by my team and my clients. I have metrics about what my team is doing and helps a lot to manage and save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The invete session just have 30 min to expire. Some clients take more than it to see the invite.
Will so much better if I have a possibility to choose the session expire time to 40, 50 or none.
Another thing is the possibility to remove some computer from automatic access from the console. Not just add/remove program in destination computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple interface, plenty of useful features, handy for tech-savvy users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interface can be spruced up, home users may find it difficult to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho assist Unattended Access works great in my environment. I can remote into any user computer and make changes without the need to locally enter UAC credentials like some other software packages. I added it to all my local and remote computers. If a user has an issue, I can easily connect to their computer to take a look. The interface works well. I've used the desktop interface and the mobile interface, both do the job.
I haven't connected to many client computers using Zoho Assist yet, but when I do, it works well most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementation via group policy is hit or miss. I attempted to push the software using a policy, but only 1 in 5 computers will install. All my other software installations work, just not Zoho Assist. I've worked with support and we've never found a solution. I manually installed Zoho assist on all computers and have it in my setup documentation for new computers.
Occasionally I will need to disconnect and reconnect to a client after the session appears to freeze. Reconnecting almost always fixes the issue.
It would be nice to have copy/paste funtionality. Copying is a little tedious from my local computer to the remote computer. You need to start the Zoho file client and copy files through it. It works, but it takes longer than it should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
