ScreenConnect is very lightweight, has good support, and works on both Mac and PC. Pricing is reasonable compared to almost every other option for remote control and support. The bandwidth required to manage a remote machine appears to be minimal as to not impede control performance. Best of all it has multiple deployment options for different scenarios. It requires Admin rights to install, I realize this is a good security but it can pose a challenge when reinstallation is required.
Also Mac makes it repeatedly difficult to keep the client active, it seems every so often a Mac System update requires us to re-allow the software which is locked on our users Macs behind admin credentials. This requires us to get connected with ARD to resolve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
